Cozy villa🤗. Excellent location.👍 Friendly hostess, fruit basket upon check-in. Cleaning once a week👌. All issues regarding minor repairs (I had an electrician) are resolved quickly. Small lawn in front of the villa, lots of greenery

Stayed here for a few months to get away from the smoke in Chiang Mai. When I left I was sad as I felt like I was leaving home. The owner is unbelievable kind and goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home. The houses are well kept and the yards are beautiful. The houses are a few hundred meters from the beach down a small quiet street which keeps you away from the noise and the business of the beach front. Best of all they are pet friendly. This is a great place for a long stay but its also possible to book individual nights I'll definitely be back next year.

A building in the best location recommended for those who like the sea.Very good conditions for staying with family and friends.The maid service is also included for free, so I was very happy to find it here.

Clean accommodation, good atmosphere, wide space inside the accommodation. There are complete amenities including a refrigerator and a hot water boiler. Water heater, microwave, suitable for families Located near the sea, can walk only 250 meters (about 3 minutes by foot). There are restaurants nearby. The owner is kind and the service is good and friendly.

Come to rest every two weeks. The owner of the accommodation is very cute. Providing pleasant, friendly service like family. The atmosphere is quiet and close to the sea. Will recommend friends to stay here.

We stayed here a few years ago and recently decided to have a look again. It had changed a lot with some undesirables with loud dogs and multiple cctv cameras pointed at other people's houses.You might want to think twice about staying somewhere where someone is watching everyone all the time as it's not police surveillance but a crazy person. Also the owners have cut all the trees and the gardens don't look nice anymore.....such a shame. We remember lush gardens and many trees. Also when we were checking out the owners threatened us with the police if we didn't fix the hole where we had hung a picture...so petty.There was no damage. There are other nicer places around, check first before you come here!

Came to stay last week. The weather was very good. The house was clean and shady. Suitable for coming together as a family. There is a kitchen ready to cook. Walk along the sandy beach, swim in the sea, suitable for relaxation. The host is kind. Next time you come to Chumphon, don't miss taking your family and stopping by Thung Wua Laen Ville again.

House 54/33The house was grubby, ants in the kitchen, no pest control, neglected garden (many worms), old stained sofa, broken deck chairs, broken light at the outdoor kitchen with dining table, cobwebs in the house, the front door was that dirty and rusted that it was only opened by a strong man. In addition, no pay-per-view, no flat-screen TV, no kettle, no minibar, no toaster, no oven but 1 portable gas stove outside as heard on Booking.com. Completly fake description, and my husband was bitten by insects in bed. His whole leg is full of bites. We moved out one day earler. It was a nightmare. Never again

Getting old a little run down.Always very noisy.Many appliances don't work and the worst problem is the electric.Its always going off.....2 or 3 times a week for 4 hours everytime.The rest of Thailand doesn't suffer this continuing annoyance plus its seems to be only on this street.Hard beds as well !
