Awesome place in Chumphon, interesting English style decorations. Great hosts in Peter and Kung. A great cooked English breakfast included in the excellent room rate. Room is very neat and tidy with a large bed, in room A/C and wall fan, coffee, water and small fridge

Stayed as a stop on way to Phuket. Was not easy to find, but got there ok. Very friendly hosts. Would consider another stop if same journey made. Need transport if you eat away from site.

If i could put less i would.There was mold on the walls that they just painted over and the smell was disgusting.Pool is dirty ,if u go with kids bring a board game or something to play next to it.Dogs were barking almost all night. The location is in the middle of nowhere,and the host lady looked very stressed and guilty perhaps she is aware the rooms she is renting wasnt worth the money i paid.The price for such a room should be no more than 350baht.

Too expensive in everything, VIP room, air conditioner is not cool. But the ordinary room is very air conditioned. The fee for each dog is 500 baht per night. (But the food is very delicious)

A bit out of town but lovely, clean and welcoming. Lots of nice details like a larger fridge and clean kettle. Rooms are a bit larger than average for the price and swimming pool a bit smaller. Family-feel and lovely staff.

Stayed there twice on our way to South Thailand and it's a good and very clean place. Perfect for one night and for what we needed. Wouldn't stay longer, especially with the dog.

The owner is lovely and the service is very good. If there is anything missing, just ask and he will arrange it for you. The owner is from Khon Kaen. His girlfriend is English, very friendly, and comes to sit and talk with her almost all morning. Plus, drinks are served as well.The accommodation is in English style because the owner is English. But he loves Thailand and likes Thai people very much. So they brought England to Thailand. There is European food available as well. Lasagna is very delicious.The room inside is bigger than expected. The bed is soft and very comfortable to sleep. The furniture is very good. Very good value compared to the priceAnd the most impressive thing The accommodation allows pets as well.

I've stayed here several times now on my way down to the south. Peter and his wife I have found to be very attentive and professional. Breakfasts are great and often varied, for a small extra fee. The rooms I've stayed in are clean and comfortable. The view out to the pool is amazing. Great place, nice relaxing atmosphere, nothing negative to report. Highly recommended.
