I don't know about the daily, but monthly is very bad. If it weren't for the fact that the location was close to the hospital, then I definitely wouldn't stay for 4,000 baht per month. Old room, old air conditioner, curtain frames were torn, wifi was broken, never repaired, never used. When first entering, the room was not that clean. The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings from the moment we entered. When leaving, the warranty was returned a month late. If you don't demand, you still won't pay. Plus it broke more than 60% even though nothing was broken. Too much deducted.Recommend if you have a choice to stay somewhere else.

Because there is an exam in 2 days. So I was looking for a room that was not too expensive to stay for 2 nights until I found a room at BRS Chumphon and made a reservation. But the page is quite slow in responding to chat. You have to call. The room is very clean. The building is like an apartment. In the room there are snacks and water available in the cabinet (charges according to the sign), but the air-conditioned room is not very cool. The price of 450 per night is considered good, not expensive, in the city.

The building outside appears to be old. But actually the room inside is not old at all. Looks new and clean The mattress and pillows are soft enough. The air conditioner is cool. The room is high and airy. The bathroom is wide, the water is strong, the TV is clear, there is a refrigerator, and a hair dryer is provided. Parking is reasonable. There is also indoor parking. The staff take good care of you. The building has no elevator, has 4 floors, the room price is 450 baht, overall it is considered very good value. The only thing is that the location may be in a deep alley. near the park To find something to eat, you have to drive outside or order through the application.

The building is like an old apartment, but it was very clean on the day I stayed. Cleaner than new hotels. The room is very well taken care of. The wall and ceiling colors are as smooth as new. The ceiling of the room is 3 meters high, not uncomfortable. The curtains are closed and it's quite dark. As for the location, I don't know if it's good or not because I don't live in this area. There is no elevator. The price of 450 is considered very good value 👍

Double room 450, clean, spacious, air conditioner cools a bit slowly. That is, leave it open for an hour and it will cool gently. In the middle of the night, I could hear the sound of the compressor running and slowly cool vapor coming out. The location is convenient to walk to find food. Overall, it's good.
