Already reserved a room with the evening staff. The staff accepted the reservation, but when we arrived in the evening, the night shift staff said that the room was very full. Let the customer drive to the location. You think gas is free? Are evening and evening shift employees not okay with each other? I would also like to ask the owner to train new employees. We don't transfer work at all before leaving for shift.

Thiwson Resort is clean. But the equipment in the room is damaged. Both times when they stayed, for example, the toilet lid was missing, the faucet was broken, and there were incidents. The person who checked in first forgot the wallet in the room and knocked on the door. After a while, the employee knocked on the door again but couldn't find the bag. Knocked without manners lack of privacy But there was an impressive incident. When checking out, there was no return vehicle. The employee came to send it to the front of the queue for free. How will I come back to stay again?

350 not very satisfied Cleanliness The pillow is moldy and has a musty smell (should be changed). The refrigerator is broken but doesn't need to be used. The air conditioner seems to have dust. The bathroom is ok. But the water heater broke. Overall, it was nice to stay.
