Share your experience. ‼️Called to reserve a room from 23 Aug., agreed to reserve 2 rooms, the staff informed me that the beginning of the month is 1 Sept. I will contact you back to add Line to transfer the deposit again. Later on September 2, I contacted you back and the employee informed me that there is no need for a deposit. Definitely, right? You can come in and tell your name. The room has already been locked for you. But today, September 5th, the owner had the employee call to cancel and say they weren't accepting reservations. The employee gave the reason that they would not accept reservations for one day. But contact the owner. The owner said that during graduation, how could they get this price? There's no problem with price. If it's not convenient to make a reservation in the first place, why didn't you notify us? Don't let it take this long. Very bad service Because I inquired from the beginning whether it is possible to reserve 2 rooms for 1 day, and how much the price is, please let me know. All details discussed from the first contact date. But today, I went back and forth on my word and said that I would not transfer the balance. When informed that the number was not sent, how do I transfer the balance? Change the subject and go clear things with that person yourself. Whoever is going to stay, please contact + think carefully about whether to go back and forth on words like this or not 🙇🏻‍♀️
