Can understand the room type and price. But you should change some equipment, such as a broken shower (and then put a cable tie on it). And most importantly, Rooms adjacent to the room being repaired should not be released. Because the sound is very disturbing to rest. I believe that the owner himself does not want to encounter noise pollution when staying elsewhere. That's why I gave 1 star because the younger person who answered spoke well.
