Very modern and clean hotel/resort. Comfortable rooms with all amenities, even had english movie channels, on their set top box. Lovely resort grounds with nice pool overlooking the ocean. Great breakfast, in a large dining room. Walk across the road to a beautiful unspoilt beach.

The rooms are clean, not musty, the beds are comfortable, but the air conditioner is loud or doesn't clean the air conditioner. The TV has a slight problem. Must have staff come and see.

The hotel is on the other side. Walk across to reach the beach. Price is not expensive. Breakfast is provided. Worth it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. In general, the facility is very nicely laid out.The breakfast was good and sufficient.The pool with a sea view is very nice.To get to the beach you just have to cross the street and you are almost alone. There are very nice and good restaurants nearby.

The room is good. The bathroom smells bad. I think it probably hasn't been cleaned. The water flow is very weak. Breakfast is adequate. The staff take good care of you and are hospitable. Close to the sea, very beautiful.

I arrived at my accommodation around 8 p.m. Parking is quite more than the hotel. In the vicinity It is a garden view accommodation. The hotel is not directly on the beach, but there is an intermediate road. There is breakfast too. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to eat because I had to rush to continue my business. The accommodation is quite good, the room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, has a view of the garden, is on the second floor, the walkway up is quite. There are only stairs, no elevator.

I stayed here because there was only one flight to Bangkok every day. The humidity in the room was high and the toilet always had a strange smell.

Very nice and peaceful.We decided to leave a planned stay om koh samui early, because it was too much of a tourist machine.We ended up here, and it was just what we wanted.The hotel is beautiful, it has a good breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The room was not very clean, there were black stains on the bedsheets. And there was a blood-like stain that couldn't be washed on the towel. The room has no toothbrush or toothpaste, the air conditioner is loud, and each pillow is different.

The rooms are good but very neglected. Cleanliness is a bit conspicuous by its absence. As soon as we got to the room there were bugs in the toilet. The sheet was dirty... the next day we asked them to fix it and they did it right away.It would be a very good hotel if they had taken care of it.A little more cleanliness, a little maintenance, a little more friendliness from the staff, and a little more reasonable prices... for a taxi they charged us 400 and on the way back we asked for a grab that cost us 170.One of the stairs to the pool was broken and was a hazard.As something good I will say that in the restaurant of theHotel eats well at a reasonable price

It's a resort where I felt very good when I stayed. Next to the beach, just on the walking street. clean swimming pool The best thing is breakfast. Everything is delicious. There are many things to choose from. I recommend it.

I was not too impressed with the resort as it's old and dated and needs sprucing up. But the room was very nice. Also I booked the room at 1055 baht showing on Agoda but I had to pay 1500 baht at reception. Not the hotels fault. I didn't query it as i wanted a room after 9 hours driving. I suggest all customers double check before booking. It's not clear.
