The worst hotel ever booked through Agoda.We booked through Agoda and chose the room below as the one in the picture posted on Agoda. It looked beautiful and private so we agreed to pay the high price. When we arrived, we found something that I thought was very bad, as follows:1. The entrance is very mysterious and very lonely at night.2. The rooms below are temporary rooms, most of them are unoccupied, smelly, musty, dirty, and poorly cleaned.3. It is an orbiting source. Shouldn't be reserved on Agoda.4. Poor cleaning, not spotless, poor service.5. It is really intended for people to temporarily open a place like this.We went in for less than ten minutes and asked to leave without any discussion and offered to change rooms. Asked for a refund and was told to talk to Agoda. They couldn't get the money back. They said they were too lazy to answer Agoda's questions. We contacted Agoda and Agoda contacted the accommodation and told them not to return it. Very bad, didn't stay so chose to come out and find a new place. Money is not a regret as much as a feeling of hurt for deceiving service users. If anyone is looking at reviews All I can say is "Run away." Don't risk it. Shouldn't get one star. Sucks, sucks, sucks.

1. We reserved through the app and when we arrived Got an extra room on the 2nd floor. The stairs were small and very steep, so we asked to change rooms.2. When I changed rooms this time, I got a room that didn't match the description. There are no amenities as booked.3. We asked the hotel for a room like the one reserved that has the amenities as reserved. Doesn't it have the amenities that we reserved? The hotel said they didn't have any, but they would ask to change rooms again.In summary, we would like to cancel our reservation with the hotel.* The hotel has informed that 50% will be deducted.We contact via app Tell us about the incident that we encountered. The app informed us that we would like to receive a 50% refund from the hotel and the app would return another 50%. We accepted it. The app refunded us that day at that time.**But the hotel said that it would be returned but it might be a little late. Since the booking date was more than ten days ago, the hotel has not transferred the money back. Book a room on one of the apps where it's good to look at pictures and see the first reviews. But when I got to the hotel Small entrance, old and shabby rooms The room reserved does not match the description. The hotel admin told me that it was bad. We informed the app that we were not okay with this booking. Because I changed 2 rooms and it still doesn't work. The staff at the service counter are very poor. Given that the room is an extension room on the second floor and the stairs are very steep, it has been confirmed that it is not convenient to go up to the second floor. When I went up to look at the room The form of an additional room is not available. So I went down and talked to the counter about how to change rooms. They changed it for me incompletely. The first time, the staff informed me that the room was full. But when I go back and forth, there is a room available. But he refused to change it for us himself. Went to stay on February 9th. The entrance is quite deep and cramped. I reserved a family room. The floor was sticky. Gives an unclean feeling. The water glass, the housekeeper didn't wash it. Luckily, I looked at it before pouring the water in. But the bed is comfortable. And the atmosphere is good, the weather is good, there is a breeze blowing through all the time. But at night there was a semi-loud sound of the wind blowing and banging on the door. All night. So I fell asleep and woke up late when checking out. Overall I give 4 stars.

Stay during New Year, 599 per night.The room has a musty smell.Good bed, good pillows, even has a hug pillow.Shampoo soap is available in small bottles.There is 1 small bottle of water provided.There are quite a lot of drinks in the refrigerator. Including a big bottle of water. You should charge money. There's no sign to tell you.There is breakfast too. But don't expect anything with the price.

Went to stay last night on 5/6/66 on the top floor. The room was not very clean. The chair has stains. I don't dare sit down. In the morning around 9:00 a.m., I heard a very loud bang. Very loud. Even turning the TV on at full volume couldn't drown out the sound. Even though I still want to rest I had to quickly pack my bags and go downstairs to Bang O. I saw a crane lifting large pieces of steel. Put it on the roof next to the room. Who was staying on that floor that day? It is considered bad luck to come across a place like this. The receptionist doesn't look welcoming, the service is poor, whoever stays here doesn't recommend it. The price isn't cheap. Find another place that would be better.
