The name is New Hotel, but the facilities are old with nothing 'new' about them.There are a lot of big cockroaches. Haha, they even crawl on the bed.There are also a lot of ants.The fan is a ceiling fan, but the ceiling is high so the wind is not cool.Single Room 230

200THB for a double room with fan and private bathroom without TV. No hot water. Rooms with TV and/or aircon cost more.I've stayed many budget hotels in Thailand, and this is the cheapest one. Of course it's old shabby building with noises and light from outside source at night. But even among old shabby budget hotels there are better ones and worse ones. And while this one is the cheapest, also one of the worst in terms of comfort.

If compared to the price, it is considered very good value. Close to restaurants, close to 7-eleven, and in the evening there are shops in front of the hotel as well.

I had a great staying at New Hotel. It’s very well located. Just in front of the train station and walking distance to the night market and all the attractions in the city.It’s very inexpensive and low budget, but it’s well maintained and it’s very clean. Great welcoming. Don’t expect anything luxurious but it’s very comfortable.

It is a hotel that has been with Surin city for a long time..family style service..warm..most importantly, close to the train station, bus station, very convenient for further travel.

Very close to the train station, price 400, air conditioned room, 2nd floor, single bed, air conditioner not very cool. Got a room on the west side that got full afternoon sun. The bathroom wasn't partitioned until it was attached to the ceiling. But there was no disturbing smell, the pillows were very high, the neck was tired, the blankets were warm, the room was not soundproof. Another room opened the door loudly and woke you up. If you weren't asleep, you would hear the sound of the train very clearly. Heard people talking. There were 2 bottles of drinking water in the refrigerator, 1 small bar of soap. In the evening, in front of the accommodation, there are fried oysters, pad thai, chai si noodles, food made to order, soybean milk, standing meatballs, etc.In the daytime, opposite is Cafe Amazon, on the same side is Chao Doi Coffee. A little further away there is pork blood soup, porridge, duck noodles (duck is soft and delicious).

Kind owner, cheap room, near the train station The disadvantage is that the room is dirty, there are mosquitoes and cockroaches. Musty, smells of cigarettes. Price 350 baht, don't expect anything more than this.

Every time I come to Surin Will come to stay here regularly every time. The air conditioner is cool, the water flows strong, the WiFi is strong, the TV can be viewed about 15 to 20 channels. The sound of the train isn't much if you don't listen carefully, but the sound of the next room or the room above, the door closing is very loud. About 3 times I can hear it. Parking has outside and inside parking. Good receptionist, kind owner, cheap rooms There is no deposit fee.Near 7-Eleven, near drug store, near train station

30 seconds from Surin station. There are many convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. Although it is an old Thai hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning working well. There is no problem with the amount and temperature of the hot shower. I visited by car, and there was no problem with parking.
