The rooms are spacious, clean, good beds, fully furnished, friendly price. It is a place to stay that I will recommend to friends who will be staying in Surin Province. And will definitely come back to stay again if there is a chance to come to this province again. There is a swimming pool and sky garden.Every employee has good service, from the reception to the maid. They are very friendly. Good in the middle of the city But just in the alley, other than that, the air conditioner is cool, the room is clean, the water is warm, there are unlimited supplies all night, and there is a swimming pool. In summary, it's really good, suitable for relaxing. For tourists, just exit the alley, turn left and go for a adventure, haha.

Deducted 1 star, air conditioner is not cool, there is a swimming pool, wide parking. Room rates start at 550 baht/night, including breakfast as a buffet.

The receptionist is smiling and welcoming. The room is clean and fragrant. Strong water, cool air conditioning, strong internet, comfortable mattress, parking, breakfast available. Good price, not expensive, worth staying here. 10 out of 10.

Very clean rooms, staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I dropped 600 baht in the lobby and the receptionist called my room and kept it at the desk for me. My room was cleaned thoroughly. So happy at The Grace Residence that I extended my stay by 2 nights.

The room is good, wide, relaxing comfortably, the water is not that strong, in general the bed is comfortable, there is a closet to store your bags. Can hang clothes, big and wide, breakfast, this hotel has Breakfast buffet with 5 main dishes and 2-3 dishes, fried eggs, sausage, toast, fruit. It's considered a good breakfast.
