I decided to stay at this hotel because it was a Japanese hotel. Most of the staff could speak broken Japanese, and there was one person who could speak Japanese fluently, although not all the time.Since this hotel is inexpensive, it has clear good points and shortcomings, so I will evaluate it separately. Overall it was good.★Good points・I can understand Japanese・There is a large bath・Two washing machines and two dryers are installed.・The toilet is equipped with a washlet・The refrigerator is large・The outlet also has a terminal for 100V, so no adapter is required.・Japanese TV is displayed (the picture is quite bad)・wifi is fast・Choose from 4 types of egg dishes to make-Two bottles of water provided daily・The air conditioner does not turn off even if you remove the room card key.- Laundry detergent is provided free of charge in the washing machine.・Each room is equipped with a microwave oven.◆Improvements and disappointing points・The room is dark・Even when I called the staff to the front desk, I was ignored (3 times)・There weren't many breakfast items, and on the second night I was surprised that only about half of the items were left due to leftovers.・The furniture in the room is old and the door gets stuck opening and closing.・There is a window in the room, but you can't see the weather because it looks out onto the hallway.・It is difficult to determine when the washing machine will be available, and even after washing is completed, it remains unused, making it impossible to use it.・There are several long hairs left in the refrigerator and it has not been cleaned.・The wash basin is not flat so it is difficult to use.

The room was ok, every night a girl showed up in the room without sharing the money, and even ran around the bed, making me not dare to sleep. In the morning, I sit by the window and watch myself. Terrifying 🥶

It was a very clean hotel as it was renovated a few years ago and became KURETAKE.The room was clean and the bed was fluffy and I slept well.Unfortunately, there was no window in the room and the bathroom was so small that water flooded into the toilet.Considering the price, it's reasonable, so I think I'll use it again.

The hotel's service quality is really bad compared to the money I spent, the faucet is weak, there is no hot water to use. My family of 3 people have to take turns moving from the 5th floor to the 10th floor to wash and bathe in the common room, which is very inconvenient. In general, I was really disappointed with hotel service during my last vacation.

The manager is Japanese, so you can enjoy miso soup and TKG at the breakfast buffet.There is also a large public bath on the top floor that is open 24 hours a day.I think it will definitely be a repeat.

To be honest, I don't think it's a good hotel for the price. It's great that you can use the laundry for free. The room is small and the desk chair is small and hard, so it's not suitable for desk work. I came here because it said there was a gym, but there was practically no gym. I've stayed at Kuretake Inn in Japan, so I can tell you that the price is high, even though it's Vietnam. The staff are nice people, thank you very much for your help 🌷

The linden tree next to the Kuretake Inn hotel is blooming so beautifully! The hotel has a first floor with seating overlooking the beautiful Kim Ma street. If there are a lot of people, go to the dining room on the left. If there is a group of 4 or 5 people chatting intimately, it is very suitable to sit in the small waiting room on the right, overlooking Kim Ma street.

The quality of the room was poor, the air conditioner was very hot. I asked the receptionist to check but only received the answer that I would wait a bit and it would cool down. We had to call 4 times and after each call we had to wait 15 minutes but in the end the problem was not resolved and we had to leave to find another place to stay. The room price is high and the quality does not match the price!

Room quality is poor, the air conditioner is broken, but the customer asked to check and it was not fixed. It was the hotel's fault, the guest had to leave because it was too hot but the hotel still charged 1 million for the night. The customer forgot something but the staff lied and said they didn't have the item. When the customer firmly said the exact location of the forgotten item, they pretended to find it again and returned it to the customer. Poor staff attitude!

the hotel is located besides the main road and all amenities are close by. I got a room on the top floor hence the view was very nice. The room had all the facilities and was very hi tech. The service was very prompt and the staff was very polite.

The room is small but filled with utilities, very cozy and convenient. However, the bathroom plumbing is really bad, the bathtub doesn't drain (plus it's built in with the shower so you had to use it), the sink doesn't plug properly, and the floor drainage looks really nasty, as if it's not been cleaned for over a year.The most disgusting thing is, the hotel staff uses the (free) public washing machine in the male public bath to clean their floor mop. They do provide laundry service all right, but the washing machines and dryers were supposed to be provided for THE HOUSE GUESTS, not for floor mops!Overall, it's a Japanese style hotel without the usual Japanese attitude towards service and housekeeping.

The hotel is the best. . Because I'm Japanese, there are staff who can speak Japanese, and the breakfast was delicious. Especially Four Gar. The public bath is on the 10th floor, and there is also a sauna, although it is small. Since there's no one else around, you can adjust the temperature to your liking, and there's an outdoor bathing space on the rooftop balcony where you can refresh yourself by looking at the night view of Hanoi and feeling the breeze.My best hotel of the world.It's a good level to come to Vietnam just to stay here.

It was a wonderful stay for us in the heart of Hanoi. The warmth of hospitality is indeed unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely mesmerizing. The eagerness of the staff to meet the requirements of the guests is simply adorable.
