It felt unsafe entering that alley, the police were around there for a "greeting." The place I booked and paid for in advance had no available rooms when I got there. The entrance gate was always locked, like a barred gate, restricting access in or out. I had experienced 3 nights stayed.The price is reasonable,The room is a bit smallThe location is ok, it's right under the train station.The service is very terrible... the security guy sounds like the boss, the way he looks at customers like looks at a criminal. Very very impolite.The room service staff sounds like a boss as well. I asked to do service for my room on my third day stayed but I had been refused to change the mattress cover as she said they only changed it after 1 week if I continue stay.On my 4th day, I asked to change the mattress cover and the pillow case as it has stains. She brought them to me and asked me to change it myself.... I was surprised as first time experienced that type of rooms service...I took off the matress cover and found 3 more layers of matress cover underneat was so dirty, After that, the security guy (boss) came and asked me to check out and said my room was sold. Sound like they want to increase the price but didn't dare to say. I was checked at Agoda, they still have room available with a couple $ increasing.I planned to stay for a week but didn't feel comfortable to continue.... I hope they can improve the service which would bring more value to their business. Terrible experiences

Mình thuê tới 3 đêm nhưng không ngày nào khách sạn dọn phòng, kiến bò lung tung, mặc dù đã nhắc chú quản lý. Trải nghiệm thật tệI rented for 3 nights but not a day did the hotel clean the room, ants were crawling around, even though I reminded the manager. The experience was terrible

Đã có dịp trải nhiệm cùng gđ tại đây 2 đêm.1: quản lý nói chuyện lịch sự .2: phòng sạch sẽ . Tuy nhiên phòng hơi nhỏ so với hình đăng trên trang. Mình đặt p trc 1 tuần và đc nhận phòng trên t6 . Rất nóng vì có 1 cục nóng đh để ngay bên trong sảnh và gần thang máy . Thật khó hiểu khi thiết kế vậy.3: phòng kê máy giặt ngay đầu giường. Ko hợp lý.4: chú bảo vệ hơi kỳ: vì buổi sáng mình đi mua đồ ăn sáng chú tự nhiên hỏi đi đâu đấy.? Mình trả lời cháu đi công việc riêng của cháu.Ông lại hỏi : thế ở phòng nào, trả phòng chưa?Mình thấy thật khó hiểu: bởi mới 17 tôi hôm trước mình vào checkin và làm thủ tục nhận phòng xong . Ck : 800k/2 đêm cho ông chú. Mới sáng hôm sau ông chú lại hỏi trả phòng và nhìn vẻ mặt chú như kiểu hình sự hỏi mình đi đâu cũng phải khai báo ấy. Căn hộ mới, đẹp, yên tĩnh. Có nước uống chào đón.Cổng ra vào có khoá điện thẻ từ nên khá an toàn, chỉ có khách lưu trú mới được cấp thẻ ra vào.Giá cả hợp lý. Đặt trên app chỉ từ 350k.Bếp và máy giặt được sắp xếp bên ngoài hành lang.Nếu có dịp lần sau vẫn sẽ quay lại đây làm chỗ nghỉ ngơi.New, beautiful, quiet apartment. There is a welcome drink.The entrance gate has an electric magnetic lock so it is quite safe, only guests are given access cards.Good price. Order on the app from only 350k.The kitchen and washing machine are located outside the hallway.If I have a chance next time, I will still come back here as a place to rest.

Bao năm giờ mới tìm được căn ưng ý! mình rất kỹ tính khi thuê phòng nhà phải đủ PCCC, không thoáng sạch sẽ đặc biệt dịch vụ và con người của bên Era Housing này siêu thân thiệnHow long does it take to find a suitable apartment? I am very careful when renting a room, it must have fire protection, not cleanliness, especially the service and people of Era Housing are super friendly.

It was good but not too clean. The photos in the booking is a bit different from the room but it’s okay. Very comfortable.
