Tôi là khách quen của bên Daewoo. Nhưng khi tôi sang thăm bạn của tôi vào lúc 10:30 tối thì bảo vệ ngăn cản và quát to. Thái độ rất không tôn trọng khách hàng. But when I went to visit my friend at 10:30 pm, the security guard stopped me and shouted loudly. Very disrespectful attitude towards customers. It is unacceptable for the security staff to scold customers like that. While we are planning to move to Daeha.

The living room is large and spacious, making it suitable for multiple people. It is very convenient to have a washing machine and a clothes drying rack to dry clothes. Staff service attitude is good. The only drawback is that the door to the room can only be opened with a key. If there are two more keys, it will be easier to play separately or go out. However, you can also leave the key to the front desk staff for safekeeping when you go out. In addition, it is very convenient to call a taxi, and the pick-up location is at the main entrance of the apartment.

Chỉ chê mỗi tivi không kết nối internet được và chất lượng hình ảnh xấu và đồ dùng làm bếp quá ít.Có thể sử dụng hồ bơi, phòng gym và bãi đỗ xe ô tô của khách sạn Daewoo (đi bộ khá xa) miễn phí.Giá thuê khá hợp lý.Although the apartment has old furniture, it is clean and has a pretty good electricity and water system.There are quite enough family equipment such as a kitchen with basic utensils, an infrared stove, a rice cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dryer. The only criticism is that the TV cannot connect to the internet, the picture quality is bad and the kitchen utensils are too few.You can use Daewoo Hotel's swimming pool, gym and car park (quite a distance on foot) for free.The rental price is quite reasonable.

We did love the property and the location. We would love to stay there once again however we had very difficult time communicating with the property host. We booked with Agoda but there is no communication line open for us to connect with the host. I tried to connect with Agodo, I failed. Their numbers listed on the reservation are not working...said it was disconnected. Tried their web site and it refers us to the property but there is no channel to communicate with them. I don't think I will book with Agoda again since they do not provide any services. Even the staff at the property could not make decision or help us with our requests. Property is good, but bad communication line for both Agoda and the property host. Never seen this kind of bad communication with your customers.Once again, property and location are great, but need improvement with the communication channels.Property is located right opposite to Lotte shopping center where it has many restaurants, market, fast foods and shopping stores. Great location. Property is clean and spacious and they do daily clean up just like a hotel. We had no issue using the facilities except we had great difficulty with communication with them. You plan for your vacation in a foreign country and there is no one to help when you try to communicate with the host which is very frustrating.

Maybe it's just now that the coronavirus is over and they're undergoing renovations, but I found a pretty good deal on Agoda, so I made a reservation for consecutive nights with breakfast included. The room directly above us was undergoing renovations, but the work was only done during normal working hours, so it didn't really affect us. It's in an excellent location with Lotte Center and Lotte Mart right in front of you, and it's easier to access the airport and suburbs than the old town, so it's very convenient to base yourself here. I can't deny that the rooms are old, but even before the renovation, the rooms are clean. Breakfast and gym are the same as Daewoo Hotel, so the quality is also high. It is very convenient that the room has a kitchen, large refrigerator, and washer/dryer.

The facility is a little old, but it feels very well maintained. The desk staff are not very friendly, but it is more comfortable as there is nothing unnecessary. The items are clean and you can use the microwave, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, etc. for convenience, so I recommend it.

It's in the city center, so transportation is good, and there's a supermarket just across the street, so the shopping environment is also pleasant.The breakfast is operated jointly with Daewoo Hotel, so it is clean.It's on the side of the road, but it's quiet as long as you close the soundproof window.

It's nice that the whole family can stay in one place.The facilities are a bit outdated, but they are clean and there is no problem staying there. There is Lotte Mart and Lotte Mall just across the street, so finding food or shopping is no problem.

I woke up early in the morning to the noise of construction.When I made a claim, they put up a notice, so construction continued without any problems.It's ridiculous that they provide guidance when checking into a hotel or put up a piece of paper in a place where you can't see it.I came to the hotel to rest, but is it the hotel's management policy to wake me up with construction noise so I can't sleep? Is it normal for hotels to conduct construction while guests are sleeping?I can't sleep and feel very uncomfortable in the morning.

3 bedroom room for 4 people including breakfast for $125 per night. Breakfast can be served on the first floor of the adjacent hotel. There are many kinds. The room feels a little old, but there is no particular inconvenience. There are two toilets and baths, but one has only a shower and no shower curtain, so I didn't use it. If you go to the sauna on the 3rd floor (6:00 to 21:00), you can use the large Jacuzzi and wet/dry sauna for free. Although it is made in Korea, there is also a rice cooker. They give me a bottle of water for 500 yen a day. The internet (Wi-Fi) speed is not fast (several megabytes. You can watch videos on YouTube etc. without any problems). There seems to be a separate router in each room, but depending on the model, it may only receive data from a different room. I told the front desk and they gave me the password for the other room.
