Stayed on 14/09/24, checked in from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and continued business at a relative's house until evening. When it was time to return to the accommodation A force majeure event occurred, namely a power outage due to rain. So we loaded our stuff into a camping cart and walked in the rain, but...first question from the owner. When we were about to stay, we brought a lot of things. The lights are out. Can I sleep? When my boyfriend asked if I could give him a refund, he couldn't tell me the etiquette in using words. Customer service is very bad.

On 14/09/67, a room reservation was made and full payment was made upon arrival at the accommodation around 4:00 p.m. But he didn't stay or put his things away. Because I had gone to visit a relative's house near the resort first, but an unexpected event occurred: it was raining, raining heavily, to the point where the electricity went out, which while staying at a relative's house nearby had not yet been turned off. When we arrived at the resort, we realized that the power had gone out. The first words the owner said were "Will you stay here? Can't take a break, the power is off, the room is hot. Please put things away first. Said that the room was hot. When asked, if you can't stay, you can ask for a refund. Half is fine. The resort owner answered that he could not. Due to force majeure But your first words were awful and really sucked. You chase away the customers first, and it's raining. They're bringing their hands full of things." If you're not willing to open up to the public, or people passing by Please open it as a monthly room. Feeling bad, speaking badly

Despite room looks like new one walls contained signs of mould/fungi. Even there was no option to open the window to get rid of fungal spores from the air. In effect issues with upper respiratory next day. Also

A resort on the A.d.W. far away from any civilization! There is nothing here within a radius of 20 kilometers, nothing at all.Why do you get lost here? I was just there, looked at the bungalow (600) and tried out the STONE HARD bed while sitting. No thanks !As beautiful as the facility is designed...the staff woman wasn't very friendly and didn't even try to present us with anything better.Never see you again...

Rest 6/10/65Accommodation for 600 baht includes 1 small bottle of water. The water system flows very little. Coffee kettle, no room, ants all over the floor, only dust and hair. There is no Wi-Fi until 5:00 a.m. when the grass cutting staff next to the room make the sound of the lawn mower very loud, cutting until 9:00 a.m. Not like a customer Not at all impressed with the first stay I consider the service to be very bad.

The owner of Platu Resort is very friendly. Jae and Hia are lovely people, easy to approach, I like them. The place is clean, convenient, safe, and a place to relax. The price is very economical. I like everything there.
