Scam!10 minutes before the agreed arrival time I received a text message saying that the room I had booked was no longer available.As other reviews show, this seems to happen a lot.Stay away from this hotel!

scam, booked a room and checked in but was told there was no room, no processing or support, a terrible experienceMy friend from abroad who came to Vietnam researched very carefully. When he saw the 5-star reviews, he immediately BOOKED a room. But after arriving a little late, the hotel reported SOLD ROOM and NO PROCESSING. After a very tiring period of time, the hotel still maintained an unresponsive attitude, so my friend had to find another place to stay. It's disappointing that a hotel that many people trust and appreciate has such a lack of sophistication in handling it. I don't mind sharing this with everyone in hopes that you won't have to face the above unpleasant situation like my friend. Finally, thank you!

A very bad experience. The booking confirmation started on August 19th. When I came to check in at 22:00 on August 24th, it was said that there were no rooms. The front desk said that a message had been sent but the customer did not reply. On August 24th, The message was sent in the afternoon. The customer did not receive the message and there was no reasonable explanation. I waited until 11 o'clock in the evening and there was no result. It was a waste of time. I came from a far away place, tired and raining, but the way of handling it was really good. It's unacceptable

A really bad experience, booking from August 19 confirmed ok, when checking in on August 24, 22:00, it said the room was full, the receptionist said a message was sent but the customer did not reply, while on the afternoon of August 24 I just sent a message at 8. I haven't received a message yet. I waited until 11pm for the owner's confirmation but there was no result. The request came from far away. It took a lot of time in the middle of the night and half the day just to wait for the confirmation. There is a room, there is no satisfactory answer, is this a service????????????? Now that I'm typing these lines, I'm looking for another place to live in the rainy night of Hanoi

1 type of consultant. The receptionist collects money in a different way. When asked to send back the change, no one paid back. If you check out 1 day early, you won't get your money back. When asked again, this person blamed someone else. Very disappointed with the service

Cheat. I made a reservation and had a confirmation email, but when I arrived, it was told that the room was full so I could transfer guests to another facility. Solve the roundabout problem. After admitting the mistake, he told me to book another booking and would pay but then he refused and wouldn't refund the money. Everyone should consider when booking a room at this hotel

Too bad. When the customer comes to check in, they inform us that we have not received the booking confirmation email. I told the receptionist to call the manager but they refused and told the guest to go to another facility. Service is so bad!
