Overall a very bad experience. I feel extremely lost. If anyone would like to reserve a stay here in advance. Please make a good decision first.Room: New room, so new that there is still a smell of paint. The room has quite complete facilities, but there are a lot of insects and the air conditioner is not very cool. The room is quite narrow. narrower than the room originally reserved (Because I didn't get the same room as I booked)Service: Service is very poor. Not honest with customers Because it is a long holiday. There should be a lot of walk-in customers. So they released the room we reserved to another customer. Even though we booked before, we reserved 3 rooms, asked for adjacent rooms by booking 1 month in advance and transferring the full room fee. When the day of our stay arrived at 4:00 p.m., the resort called to inform us. It's just that the bed and the room are not next to each other. But because we traveled from Bangkok, check-in was late, around 10 p.m. When we actually arrived, the room we received was a different type of room than the one we booked. We expected it to be the same room that they promote on their Facebook page. But it turned out that they had just released that room to someone else first. And then gave us a new room zone. This is a room type that the resort has never even posted on Facebook. He made various claims. Even though there was a new zone opened, there was a mistake. The chat disappeared. I blame the person who released the room. When we complained that the rooms were different, the rooms were narrower, they said that the rooms were wider. (Watch the video. Is it really wider?) and still claims to give a new room to the customer. Because I think customers will be impressed. (You should ask about the customer's satisfaction before making your own decision.) He had a displeased expression on his face. Said he would give the money back. Umm. Where are we going to find a place to stay at 10 PM? Not in the city. We have no choice. Do I have to accept a break? In the end, we had to request a discount ourselves. They agreed to give us a discount of 100 baht per room.

The service is not very good.Arriving at the accommodation, there was no EV charging source, so I plugged in the emergency EV charging cable because I saw there was a plug outside for less than an hour. This emergency charging cable, EV users will know that it consumes very little electricity. You can walk up and warn us. That it doesn't allow charging, I still don't understand. Spacious accommodation, convenient parking. The owner is friendly. The view behind the room is a beautiful swimming pool. The bathroom is a little small. When you open the door, you'll hit the sink. The atmosphere is quite good. It's a pity that the power at the resort went out on the day we went. But the resort owner contacted officials to take care of the repairs.
