The room is usable, reasonably clean. The price of the room is good, I think. Because I went on a long holiday. The resort does not charge additional fees. Food ordered the way you brought it to eat It's delicious and can be used. But I would like to complain about one thing: the clothes drying machine. And about the mirror in the room Please add more. Both a hand mirror and a clothes rack And there is also a table to put things in the room. Please leave it to me.

The accommodation says pets are not allowed, but the room next door brings pets. Barking since morning, barking non-stop Didn't rest Had to wake up because of the loud noiseThe accommodation tells you not to make loud noises to disturb other people. But the people who come to stay play loud music from evening until 3 a.m. The accommodation has no management at all. Can't sleep because it's loud and we have small children.Why would the accommodation set up rules like this? I plan to come and stay comfortably. But I didn't get a break at all. It was very chaotic. I only went to rest this once. Called to order food and forgot. We waited until we fell asleep. If we didn't call, we wouldn't get food. Should improve.

The impressive thing is The food is delicious. But the facilities in the room are not very impressive.1. The door to the room has a bad latch and is difficult to open. The hotel informed them but did not fix it.2. There is a water heater, but it cannot be used. It is for decoration.3. The bathroom is clean, but there is a very bad smell of pipe water.There is no mirror in the bathroom.4. The room has no hangers. Clothes rack for you. After playing in the water, I don't know where to hang my clothes to dry.5. The coconut zone room has wifi not available. Can't use wifi.6. The pool water is not clean. In the morning, foam floats all over the pool.Please help fix it. The next customer will be impressed when using the service 😊

The hotel next door asked for the normal amount of 950 and increased it to 1350. If I don't have cash, I can't sleep. Someone came to take money. I don't know who. This time the water in the pool was very green, like raising crocodiles. The bed was as hard as cement, so I ordered pork and rice. You can cook a little.

(The air conditioner is very loud.) Please improve it a bit. (The room on the artificial side) I could hardly sleep at all, but the bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Nice location next to the stream.

Good location, clean bathroom, very hard spring bed. When you sleep, you can feel the hard springs, even if you're drunk. The towels are very thin and can barely absorb water. The air conditioner is cool. The room isn't big enough to stay in. Good activity area next to the stream with tables to sit on.
