Absolutely the best place to stay in koh kood lovely family good rooms and the most delicious food all at low cost. The family are very welcoming and I felt like a part of the family on my stay would highly recommend if your staying in koh kood stay here

During the low season in August 2024, the three of us stayed in a room with an extra mattress at our request. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Everything clean and tidy, with good air conditioning.The arrival was a bit exciting because the fishing village is a real commune. Here you don't live in a luxury hotel, but in the middle of the local villagers. After some initial skepticism, we started to love it. A gift to be able to experience the life, the friendliness and the helpfulness of these people in real life.Very attentive hosts who want to make everything right and pleasant for you. The transfer was organized. Scooters too. We were also able to leave laundry here.We were able to easily use the large refrigerator in the lounge area for drinks and you often just help yourself. Payment is based on trust.The food was also delicious.If you're looking for luxury, you'll have to look elsewhere. Here you will find originality in an appropriate price-performance ratio.The only disadvantage I would like to mention is the construction site, which is currently being worked on diligently. But we could live well with that too! The construction noise was easily made up for by the warmth of the hosts 😃

Excellent stay! Very comfortable rooms and en-suite toilet was very clean. Room was spacious with sufficient plugs and good AC. Wished the room came with better ventilation though would’ve been nice to have some fresh air in.Free flow coffee, tea and water at the main area, breakfast served every morning with a fresh fruit platter. Owners were very accommodating and you could request for other food to be served.Scooters can be rented at 250฿ per day for you to explore the island and to return back to a quiet area for rest.Went during off-peak period so the restaurants in the vicinity were all closed except for the one at the resort so do bring your snacks/drinks here if you’re travelled off season.Overall a very nice homestay with very friendly owners.

The owner is friendly. There is breakfast. The room is suitable for 2 people. There is an en-suite bathroom, clean, delicious breakfast, like it, will come to stay again.

Baan Rabieng Talay met all our expectations:- the location is ideal, you can rent scooters in good condition to visit the island,- the room is pleasant, modern, clean. Bath and beach towels are changed on request, cleaning is done thoroughly, sheets changed every three days.- breakfast, included in the room price, is better than varied: you ask exactly what you want the day before and they serve it to you the next day! Special mention for the kao tom (rice soup) with chicken and (lots of) ginger.- the family's welcome is warm, Khun Sao speaks enough English to be understood without problem. She gave us good advice every time we asked her.Only, small, negative point: our room opened directly onto the terrace/dining room and a narrow passage adjacent to the neighboring house. Difficult to open the French window and ventilate, impossible to dry towels or swimsuits. The rooms upstairs may not have this drawback...We enjoyed our week's stay and, given the value for money, we would not have chosen another hotel on the island.

One of our favorite places in Thailand. Very cozy spot in a small harbor. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. It is run by a very sweet family, they are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we were only here for 2 days, but we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

They have treated us wonderfully, always attentive, super clean and complete room, great breakfast, every day they changed it to our liking, coffee and water and bananas all day, I give it 5 stars and it left me with great memories.
