If it's damaged, ask for an adjustment like this, but the condition of the room and your own equipment is very bad.1. There are a lot of mosquitoes, millions of them. If children come back, prepare to get dengue fever and die. The ceiling fan was broken. But every room has very cool air conditioning, this is good.2. The swimming pool is dirty. Called and asked to come see the waterfall system. The officer claimed that it was an automatic system that opened at 4 p.m. It was more than five o'clock before he arrived.3. The tile floor is very broken. Extremely dangerous for young children4. The bottom of the refrigerator is broken. From the time I checked in until 9 p.m., it was still not evening.5. The bathroom is very funny. There aren't any hanging places. The towels got wet. The floor was waterlogged in a puddle instead of flowing slowly into the pipe. The smell of pipes from the bathroom was rotten.It doesn't matter if it's more expensive than this. But let's get into the habit of claiming to customers that we will adjust this way and that. I'm impressed with the house. Clean and neat, with all the equipment we need. Coincidentally, on the day of our stay there was a room where the power was off. I notified the housekeeper who took care of me and she quickly solved the problem. In the morning there was chicken porridge to eat and it was delivered early in the morning. The house is not far from Bangkok. Go do activities first and then come to rest. Very comfortable.

Convenient transportation, adequate accommodations, clean rooms, cold air conditioning, parking for about 3-4 cars/group, 1 free bucket of ice + grill and 1 bag of charcoal, water in the pool looks cloudy. It's not worth playing with, but it's acceptable for children to play. The TV has no digital TV channels, only YouTube. The sound system is good. But I don't know how to open karaoke. An old felt pool table. I'm afraid it'll break. My kids won't run anymore. One house has 4 rooms and can hold a lot of people. But in the room there is no TV, refrigerator, and bathroom inside. But the water heater is broken. There are 4 houses in the project. On the day I went, there were 4 houses full of customers. At night, there was loud music playing around. It's like going to a karaoke shop. By the time he stopped singing, it was 11:00 p.m. After he stopped singing, he turned on loud music and continued the party. Because it's stuck together a bit. Houses where drunken people talk loudly will make noise for other houses to hear as well. In the morning, let's turn on music from 6 a.m. to work. In the morning there is a pot of porridge for 800 baht, but if you don't want to eat, just ask the housekeeper to go to the market, it's not that far.
