As bad as I've ever stayed before….Including service, rooms, cleanliness, management, water doesn't flow.(When I came to see the room, it wasn't ready yet, so I just looked and saw that it was okay, I have a bed, and tonight it wasn't serious.) When it was time to actually enter the room, I didn't expect it to be this big. The room was dirty, a lot of dust, and the mattress was dirty and old. There were a lot of them, almost the whole house, including blankets and sheets (but we were okay with it, thinking it was acceptable because the monk had washed it and we came as a walk-in. Well, that's all we got. We'll just lie down easily and it won't be a big deal.) We didn't notify the change. or take a photoCome stay with the family and pay 11,600 baht for the whole house (Thai house in the park) - go to inquire on the page. Give me a contact number. When we entered, we were told that we had more than 10 contacts on the page. and asked if you had already called and talked to the person you inquired about? We answered confusedly. I had already informed that I would come to see the room. Let's get together to call and notify the person's cell phone. Does it apply to the customer? To come in, you must contact this way. Even though we ourselves had already informed that we would come to see the rooms at the resort 10 minutes away and now we are at the resort, we have contacted to see the rooms. It's very rude.-Come to the highest point in life, which is water not flowing, power going out in the whole house after breakfast and coffee😩 and for more than 10 lives, who bought a house costing over 10,000 baht, have to face a bathroom where the water doesn't flow, the power goes off continuously from 8 a.m. in summary. We have to leave quickly. Before the time that both young and old should We had to hurry because there was not a drop of water to wash off.-**** When I came out, I called and said the cloth had a sweet water stain on the cloth and would like to adjust it😫 So we asked for pictures of evidence. Because there are many people, it might make a mess or the stain is old.I came across this and it was like I couldn't stand it anymore, so I asked, even if there was something spilled or messed up in the room. Where can I get water to clean or wash? Old man goes to the bathroom Still can't flush the toilet. It's all difficult. The water in the room didn't flow, the electricity went out, and we had to rush out to go to the bathroom at the gas station outside at 9:30. There was still no word of apology. (And yes, he quickly hung up the phone.)

Terrible service, dirty rooms, torn sheets, broken lights, no running water, can't go to the bathroom, can't shower. There is no solution to the problem for the customer. Paying 10,000+ for the whole unit is not worth the price.

Too bad, in the morning the water didn't flow and the electricity went out. I was taking a shower and suddenly the water didn't flow. Stomach ache, no water to wash, didn't solve the problem, broken air conditioner, dirty bedroom, very irritating.

Stayed on 14 April 2024, convenient travel.Overall accommodation is spacious. The atmosphere is nice and shady. The house stays at Baan Phae Ngern for 4 people, a 4-year-old child, 1 person. The outside looks old. Located in the outside zone of the resort like Mia Noi's house. But inside the bedroom is comfortable. The two wide beds are divided into zones. The air conditioner is old but cool. Added 2 fans to make it comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The staff can take good care of it as requested. Dinner has good taste, served hot. For breakfast, a buffet of boiled rice, chicken soup, stir-fried noodles, fried eggs, sausage, bread, jam, cornflakes, drinking water, orange juice, fresh milk, everything is very filling and comfortable for the stomach. Both the outside dining zone and the air-conditioned room are comfortable and clean. Both zones have smiling employees willing to provide very good service. Both the receiver and the giver are happy. The central pool is clean, with no dust on the surface of the water. Natural water zone There are no safety facilities of any kind. If you play in the water, you must bring your own life jacket or rubber ring. I don't see that the resort There is a service.Today, when I went to Nam Raeng, I didn't get to play, but I did get to play in the common pool. It is pleasing to the children. Not too little either.

The room is spacious, clean. Located near Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam. There are rooms of many sizes to choose from. It depends on the number of people staying. The rooms are clean and there are lots of shady trees inside the resort. Supports tourists coming to organize seminars in groups. Or coming as a family is OK for those who want to play in the water. You should come on Friday, Saturday and Sunday because the dam releases water. Breakfast is served.

Terrible service, musty rooms, not clean, not delicious food. The buffet food is very ordinary. Next to the curry There's definitely no next round. When checking out, I couldn't find the item. The car will leave and an employee will come and report the missing item. Finally, I walked back to have a look. Items are in the drawer. It takes a lot of time. You should check carefully first.
