Made a reservation through Agoda, called in the morning to say that they would check in in the evening around 6:00 p.m. Arrived at 6:30 p.m. Said that the room had already been released. No calls to ask. Just say you can't contact us. The number was not saved. Even though we called to confirm in the morning, it was raining and the baby was asleep and we had to run around looking for a new place to stay.

The swimming pool is still fine, but the staff is still arrogant and they also give you a strange look. In the bathroom you only have shampoo and shower jel, the toilet does not flush properly and the window is broken

The rooms are considered good value and worth the price. Breakfast is served and there is a swimming pool. If you don't care about the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. As well as a lot of gnats and mosquitoes. You can rest comfortably. The only thing I like is that they use drinking water and have customer service standards.The service is good, but the housekeeper still has a sullen expression. Be tough and speak a little more bluntly. If there was a smile on the face, it would make the communication atmosphere better.The location is unfortunately quite far out of the city. Therefore, it is still inconvenient for people who work in the city to travel back and forth during work.

Good accommodation next to the main road, breakfast provided. The hotel is small and not chaotic, but you have to be careful, the gray floor gets very slippery in water, so children should be careful. Staying on the 2nd floor found lizard excrement in front of the balcony, which made them feel bad.

The faucet is peeling and starting to rust.Refrigerator with ice all over the freezer, no fix => water flowing all over the inside of the refrigerator.Confused service staff If there is water in the refrigerator, put a towel in the cabinet 🙄The atmosphere in the garden is good, the garden is beautiful, the decoration of the place is beautiful.The food tastes okay.Location on the roadside, easy to enter and exit, but because it is next to the road. The rooms are good, you can see the swimming pool in every room, next to the road, near 7-11, but some of the employees are very bad, don't know how they can still work here, especially if they are partners or owners themselves, they should adjust their behavior as well, otherwise.
