Beautiful, cute, peaceful, may have to find the entrance a bit zigzag, but this hotel has a clear water sign, so it's easy to find. A friend from another province who went to stay said the same thing, saying that he was impressed and would recommend it to friends. Going to use the service again.

New hotel, about 3 years old, quiet atmosphere. The mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The hotel also has a cafe, offering coffee and food.

stayed for a week at the beginning of our trip in phuket 🌟 very clean & fresh, really kind staff & a very cute community cat who likes to hang around🐱the room was nice - could've used a few more coat hangers & some reusable cutlery. extra wardrobe space would increase the utility of the room greatly. towels, water, toilet paper, bins changed daily by a lovely team :)7/11, bus terminal 2, chemist & laundry all within 10-15 min walk. there are also plenty of food vendors on the main road. some stray dogs in the area at night can be a little aggressive so be mindful if you're on foot.we used the bus (15 baht) & grab (140-185 baht) to get around, we were able to walk to chillva market as well.

Very good, definitely would stay again!In a quiet neighborhood, only 4km away from the city and a 10 minute walk to the central bus station.Kind reception and service. Clean and tidy rooms with open view and a nice relaxing swimming pool to enjoy at the common area.5 minute walk from a nice and quick laundry service.

The hotel is located in an alley at the end of the village. There is a small parking area of about 10 cars. There is a small swimming pool where children can play. There is an elevator that goes up 4 floors. For tourists, it is recommended that you have a motorcycle/car. In order to be able to travel anywhere because it is difficult to find things to eat in the surrounding area. You may have to walk to the entrance of the alley for about 5-10 minutes to find shops and street food restaurants.There is a lake in the back where you can jog and exercise. But you may have to walk a very long detour. I want there to be a place that can go through to the hotel movie.🏨The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, there is a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, all standard. Room prices range from 980 to 1300. (Breakfast not included, another 300 baht)🍳At the lobby there is a cafe and restaurant. The price is quite high. The taste is passable. Eat breakfast at the cafe.The hotel staff provide very good service. Always give advice. Always helping The cafe staff were neat. Full service, preparing dishes before serving.Employees in the lobby leave work at midnight, but there is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day.There is no door to the shower room. There is a curtain. It might be a bit shocking. But overall the hotel is very good, cute and warm.

It is a hotel that we are very pleased with, considering the price of our reservation. Thailand was the first stop of our trip. We did not have a problem with the location because we chose it close to Terminal 2 knowing its location, but it is not very reasonable for those who will spend the rest of their holiday in Phuket. Because taxi prices vary widely and unfortunately it is difficult to find a suitable option late at night.The hotel looks like it was designed by a childish person. I don't mean it in a bad way, on the contrary, it was very cute and enjoyable.Although the rooms were not great, at least in our accommodation style, we did not lack anything. I'm sure there are much better options in the hotel in different price ranges. We chose the economical option a bit.Apart from this, the staff was attentive, friendly and friendly. In summary, we left satisfied. :)

We stayed here for three weeks and loved every single minute! The staff is super kind, the rooms are very clean and will be cleaned thoroughly every day. They also have a cafe which offers many delicious foods. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel, which is close to Phuket old town and has good food, I would highly recommend! There’s also a seven eleven close by.

Booked through Agoda and chose a King room, but stayed in a Superior room that didn't have a bathtub. The hotel said that the reservation was an "avatar room" that doesn't really exist (is this a valid word?) Because the hotel had a problem with Agoda, the customer had to inform Agoda themselves. Is it the responsibility of the hotel to post an incorrect picture? We expect to stay in the room we booked. I feel very bad. But the hotel doesn't take any responsibility at all. Said that customers can review this matter.As for the new room, it's clean, but there are mosquitoes and thin walls that don't keep sound from children crying and the sound of construction next to the hotel. Loud noise since Three to six p.m. If anyone wants to come relax and find peace, we recommend coming after 6:00 a.m. or waiting for construction next to the hotel to be completed first.Bad service staff Troubleshooting is terrible. They only told me to go review with Agoda myself. We think that we are customers, not the hotel owner. You have to negotiate your internal problems with your agent.Hopefully the incident in the room is not as described. It won't happen to other customers again.

Very honest.. I had a situation where my flight was scheduled for dawn and the receptionist was not available. I sent them an email and left the room card with the 500 baht deposit - the insurance - in a certain place.. Mr. “Pimpapohn Y” called me and asked me to come back and take the money or my bank account to transfer it to them. Without asking them in the email that I want to get the money back, because if I were late for my plane, I would have lost more money.
