A good resort, suitable for bringing children to play together. The attitude of the service staff is very good. There are many attractions nearby. However, the food in the internal restaurant is not good. I originally planned to eat all three meals there, but ended up not wanting to stay there after lunch. I've considered it, but the free breakfast provided is acceptable. If I have the chance, I will stay here next time, but I won't go to the restaurant inside again.

Great hotel.The reception staff are also very kind.Since the grounds are very large, there is also a service that allows you to move around using electric carts.Rental bicycles are free of charge and can be used both within and outside the premises, so you can freely move around to sightsee nearby or go cycling. I felt this was great service.What I often saw during my stay was that the grounds were very well maintained, with people constantly taking care of the plants, cleaning fallen leaves, and cleaning the roads.The hotel's attitude of always trying to provide customer service is 100 points.The breakfast was also of satisfactory quality and quality.This is a resort that I would like to visit again.Awesome! 5 stars without hesitation!

Take the group down for the latest round. The school doesn't have many standards. Customers' rooms reported that there was a musty smell. Two buses were parked. The staff walked up and said they would collect a parking fee of 500 baht per bus. They had to move the buses to another place. Other rounds where customers have been dropped off have been able to park normally. The catering staff (some of them) spoke badly. No service mind But some people speak well.

The hotel is next to the canal and dam behind it.The entrance has two sides if running from Ban Na. The first entrance is not good, small and rough. You have to go around and enter the other entrance which is much more convenient and wider.Welcome is a small glass of sweet water to be picked up at the bar. Until evening, you can sit and chill at the bar and watch the water.The breakfast and dinner room is at the same place. The price is normal, but the food comes out slowly. Normal breakfast There is chocolate fondue.

I reserved a villa type room at this hotel through booking.com for 3 days by paying in advance via credit card.I checked into the hotel at around 9:00 p.m. and the receptionist arranged a room near the seminar meeting room area. But it appeared that the hotel had tour groups staying for the same period. And there are parties and music performances at night. which makes loud noises that disturb customers staying nearbyAs I typed the information, at approximately 10:25 p.m., the hotel's meeting room was still playing loud music and disturbing my relaxation. Upon questioning the staff, they informed that the music performance would end around 10:30 p.m. I think the hotel did not have adequate measures to accept customers other than tour groups, and we saw that we were being discriminated against badly and unfairly. In choosing a room close to the seminar locationLater, 2nd day of stay The employee offered to move the room to a spot away from the conference room. But we had to wait until 2 p.m. on the 3rd day to be able to move in. We saw that moving rooms created a burden for us who had to pack up our things and wait for the specified time.Therefore, before staying at this hotel Customers should therefore inquire whether the hotel organizes seminars or group tours or not and whether the rooms they receive are close to the seminar rooms. And if so, can the customers accept them or not?As for the villa rooms, they are wooden rooms with cement floors, so they are not very soundproof. We can clearly hear the sound from outside.The bed, pillows and cushions smelled of sweat and musty.
