The air-conditioned room isn't cool at all. Even at 16 degrees, it's still very hot. The staff service did not smile. The room stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning during the day at all.

Very helpful staff. Many halal restaurants and a mosque nearby. The rooms, towels and sheets need updating. The water comes out of the shower at a fairly low pressure.

What left me most dissatisfied was the amount we paid for this room, which was around 1250 baht and when we got there we found a room with lots of signs of use and no maintenance. The photos do not correspond at all to current reality. We found torn bedding, which shows that things are not done with care. Cleaning also needs to be improved and some love needs to be given to this place, despite having very friendly staff, the structure itself needs some updating. The location is good for those on a motorbike, as the beaches are within walking distance, without transport and with the heat, it might not be easy. Considering that I traveled all over Thailand, I consider that a space like this should provide a very different hosting service, considering the amount they charge.We were lucky that we only stayed 1 night.

Nice hotel with a nice pool and terrace. Very helpful staff (the lady prepared us a snack for the next day at our request, because we didn't have time for breakfast). The hotel is right next to the main road, but there was no extra noise. The room was very clean, simply furnished. We also had a fridge there, unfortunately the safe didn't work, but the staff would have sorted that out, but we didn't need it. Anyway, it's far from the beach, and not a very pleasant way around the road. There is also a mosque nearby and we were woken up in the morning by a very loud sound of prayer. Otherwise, the accommodation is very nice.

Our family around 13 pax stayed here last 4days for vacation..
the room ok but air cond not cool water pressure very slow the worst part is 3days the provided with same b'fast...until last day our children don't want have b'fast..

Clean and comfortable bedding with good room service. We stayed 5 nights, cleaning was done every day with replacement of bottles and coffee pods, towels on request (do not hesitate to put the poster on the door for cleaning).The room has a fridge and a kettle, as well as a small terrace which we appreciated.The beach and the night market are 15 minutes away on foot. There is also a small local market on Saturdays, cheap and very good. Many supermarkets close to the hotel.Small downside: large road nearby.

Good place for a night in Ao NangThe good:The location, located next to a 7 eleven, a launderette, 5 minutes by car to the ferry from Ao Nang to Phi Phi. 10 minutes by longboat ride to Railay Beach and the night market.What could be improved:It does not have an elevator and in our experience we had several neighbors with children who did not stop crying and could be heard through the walls.

We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and a child who should have stayed for free). We found out on the spot that the bed is very small with only room for 2 people and that you have to pay extra for the child's bed for each additional night.This is not in accordance with the description.Typical tourist cheating.I do not recommend.

the room furniture is very basic, musty smell in the closet.As for changing the towels...you have to wait until 5 p.m. before having them...Pale lighting, noisy air conditioning and questionable cleanliness of the curtains. Absence of breakfast and very noisy room near a busy road.I do not recommend this hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas period 2023. Comfortable rooms and good swimming pool. It's 5 minutes to the centre of Ao Nang. The is a 7-11 in walking distance with an ATM. Also a night market with cheap food. Plenty of restaurants to eat nearby and great prices and quality. Fresh fruit stalls close. Opposite is a big supermarket that sells everything you need including alcohol and wine at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for families or singles good price for accommodation. You can also book tours or hire a motorcycle just by asking reception

Muslim owned boutique hotel.Strategically located. Nearby mosque. Cheap halal street foods at a walking distance.Next to a launderette n 7E. (Muslim vendors selling a variety of cheap and delicious local breakfast and packed meals next to it).There is a mini swimming pool.Room:Clean and spacious.Aircond, water heater worked well.Qiblat direction available in the room.Fridge in the room.Comes with a balcony (ground floor has table n chairs with a cover by bushes of small trees).Stairs to upper floors.Reception:Mr Mukmin is friendly and speaks moderate English.Check in was smooth.Plus points:Choose this hotel if you want to avoid crowded Ao Nang, and have a quiet night/s.From this hotel, the main road will take you to Ao Nang beach road from Nophat side (5 mins drive).Downside:Gotta park your vehicle at the roadside since the hotel can only accommodate 2-3 cars at the compound.

The treatment was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable, with everything you needed. Every day we received water, instant coffee and paper. The room has a small refrigerator and water heater. It was also very nice to be able to take a swim in the pool. The reception team was very kind to us. We will remember Sara and Somsak, with their willingness to help and tell us a little more about local customs and cultures.The location is a little far from the beach but by transport on wheels, you can get there in no time.

Clean and neat room, if booked for a cheap price. Great location for us, not crowded with tourists, shops and markets nearby. For minuses - no tables near the bed, no clothes drier, water in the bathroom is everywhere on the floor after you take shower.

We booked the accommodation after being so disappointed with the accommodation we actually booked. Room was nice and clean. WiFi worked great. Bathroom was clean. Had a balcony. Zara had a very nice chat with us and gave us great tips on what we could do. A cheap scooter rental was recommended to us, with the scooter you can get to the beach in just a few minutes.Very happy again
