The location is good.The bathroom is not clean. The water is soft, so you have to use a bucket to hold the water to take a shower. When you take a shower, the water gets stuck on the floor because the cement base that holds the sink is in the way. You have to use your feet to sweep the water to avoid the cement wall where the sink is so that the oil can go into the sewer pipe. Another side You should fix the drain pipe at the shower or drill a hole in the wall where the tub is placed to allow water to pass through, but you have to look at the floor to see if the oil will flow through it.The bedsheets had a musty smell, enough to be annoying. The lights in the room are too little bright.There is no wifi in the room. There is a wave at the door but when I enter the code it says no, so it's better to use your own wave. You should fix it quickly or all customers will disappear. (Room number 6) 450 baht(Mon. 13 Nov. 2023)

I like it, close to the place where I come to carry out my mission. The room is not far from the main road, reasonable price.Peaceful, quiet, clean, good atmosphere, friendly service.Importantly, next to Lotus And not far from 7-Eleven, easy to find food.You can see pictures from other people's reviews.

A lovely resort/motel with well kept garden and very friendly staff .450b a night and next to a lotus super store and 7eleven .WiFi didn't work in the room .we had to use it in front off the wifi antenna

Next to Lotus, you can walk out, but with a little heart, it's not very new. In front of the entrance, there's a restaurant on the right-hand side, at the end of it, very cheap, a source for employees at Lotus, cheap prices.

What I really like is that I can turn on the light and sleep without it bothering my eyes. The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area. Convenient parking in front of the room

Atmosphere like a garden house no noise The room is clean and separated between the bedroom and bathroom. The 6-foot mattress makes for a comfortable, soft sleeping area for a full, warm, comfortable sleep. Cheap price. There is a designated parking area with a covered roof in front of the room. The accommodations are clearly separated. Free wifi.

The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, separated into bathrooms and bedrooms. There is also a coin-operated laundry machine. Safe. There is a water heater. Big refrigerator Tv Sanyan Wifl is very good. The atmosphere of Baan Suan is very comfortable. Suitable for relaxation and for people traveling. I recommend it. I really like it.
