Unfortunately, I reserved a room but didn't get it. Plus, the room that had electricity didn't have a toilet. The staff's manners were not good.

I would like to improve the speaking manners of the employees a little. I stayed and the person who paid wasn't me, so collecting the accommodation fee should be done well. This one shakes the door. Then told him to pay for the room at 8:45 p.m. Whether I was going to stay longer or not, why didn't I go pay for the room? When I said I'd contacted the person who brought me to stay, they said they didn't know and I had to go pay now. The person who spoke was probably the cook next to him. There was a night shift worker standing next to him. In summary, eliminate the problem, walk and pay yourself. But you should have better speaking manners than this. The incident happened last night in Room 107.

Very bad manners, knocking on the room at around 8:00 p.m. to get him to come down and pay. Another night left Even though I had already paid for 1 night and then informed me to stay another night, my friend took antihistamines and was sleeping and had to wake up so I could come down and pay now.Behavior should be improved and service manners as well. At this price, you can find it better elsewhere.

Dec 8, 2023. Came to a newly renovated room. Opened the door and the smell of paint hit the nose. Have to buy an air freshener spray to spray. Because I asked at the form and they didn't provide it. The shower water flows very gently..worth the price?

Overall considered good But unfortunately there was someone in another room. Sitting and talking and yelling back and forth in the front of the room, causing me to wake up at 2:00 AM. Made me unable to sleep after that. But it wasn't caused by the hotel. It was caused by an outsider. But when you inform the counter, you should hurry and fix it. You have to let it be told by yourself after notifying the counter and not napping for another half hour. It would be great if it could be improved.

This motel is situated off the main road through Nakhon Si Thammarat, about 1km from the Lotus supermarket (same side of the road).The rooms are smallish compared to the average hotel room, sparsely furnished with only one small window on the rear wall. Adequate for a single night's stay.The bed was very firm and the pillows even firmer, which is not my preference and led to a restless night.Room service was good, as was the selection of food available to order, it was also reasonably priced.One big drawback was the smell from the shower drains, which in common with most Thai plumbing did not incorporate a u-bend or a p-trap in wastewater connections, allowing sewage gases to filter back along the drains. To overcome this it was necessary to (keep the door closed and the extraction fan working.

Clean rooms, good service, and air conditioning that works well. The parking lot is easy to park and is monitored with CCTV cameras in every blind corner or customer's property.

Very bad. The water in the hotel is the same color as canal water. I still don't dare to take a shower. It's like taking pool water to bathe in. It's very cloudy.
