I didn't stay here but came to the Bar and grill a couple of times .Staff were helpful and efficient .The ambience and location were excellent. The food was OK. They have a good happy hour starting at 4pm .The margaritas w were very good .The white wine was also good .

We were there for 5 days in August 2024. It is a small, beautifully landscaped complex on a beautiful, gently sloping beach. We had most of the beach completely to ourselves. An absolute tip for those seeking peace and quiet.The bamboo hut was functionally furnished, absolutely clean and fits perfectly into the surroundings.The hotel staff and the owner were always friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Overall, one of the most beautiful accommodations of our vacation.

My partner and I booked Margarita Beach for 4 days. When we checked in we were shocked at the conditions there. It was stated on the internet that these were bamboo huts. However, it was not visible that there were large holes leading to the outside in the outer walls as well as in the floor and ceiling as well as in the doors. As a result, there were an enormous number of insects and especially mosquitoes in the hut and no mosquito net (as shown in the pictures). The bathroom, if you can call it that, was open at the top of the ceiling with huge gaps and the door that led into the bedroom from there had centimeter wide gaps. So you felt like you were sleeping outside in the wilderness. Added to this was the acrid smell of drains and the clearly visible urine stone in the toilet. The smell wafted into the bedroom because the door didn't close tightly.We were forced to check out when we saw the bed linen. This was moldy on the pillow and small larvae were visible.We checked out the same day.The owner offered us another cabin as an alternative. Nice offer, but our disgust and bad feeling were too great and we declined.When checking out, the owner explained to us that we had to contact booking and seemed very cooperative and friendly with his statements. Booking explained that it was at the discretion of the accommodation whether he wanted to accommodate us. After contacting the owner again, there was no sign of any cooperation and only rude statements were made.It's clear to us that he doesn't have to come towards us, but it's a shame that this is signaled first and then nothing more can be seen.Actually a great location and a great location but we didn't like it.

I was recommended to stay in a bungalow at Margarita Beach by a pal who just stopped by for a drink - what a great spot! I was welcomed right from the start and being a solo traveler, felt so well taken care of by the owners. The tiki bar is a great spot to chat to other people - whether they be locals or travellers/ holiday makers.Thanks for a lovely stay !

What a great little place - it is right on the beach, has really friendly and welcoming staff and the food is absolutely delicious - we had breakfast, dinner and some snacks here. We stayed for 2 nights and returned feeling absolutely relaxed. We will definitely be back again.

An absolute gem of a place to stay. Owners and all staff were friendly and the food was excellent - I would highly recommend the pad krapow tacos and the jalapeño ginger margarita! It is right on a really peaceful beach which makes it the perfect place to relax.

We didn't stay at Margarita however stopped for dinner, drinks or board hire every day while in Khanom. The owners and staff are really lovely, making us feel welcome and offering us sun loungers to use while we were at the beach. A really friendly place, delicious food and incredibly reasonable prices. We would definitely stay there if returning to Khanom in the future.

I have not stayed here, but the rooms do look amazing. They have an excellent choice of food on the menu, and they also serve draught beer. The owner and his wife are lovely people, and so are their staff. Highly recommend this place.

A great place to unplug. Nipa style huts, great food and service. Beautiful clean sandy beach and water. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
