Very bad. The first stay, we came from Phuket. The first room, the air conditioner leaked a lot. We informed the staff that we couldn't change the room. We endured it and had them bring a pickup truck to hold the water in the air conditioner, but it wasn't there. It was flowing so much that we called the staff a second time. He agreed to change rooms and told me the full amount. When changing room 2, it was very smelly. The smell of urine and this cleanliness is really bad from the hearts of people who come to vacation. But it's strange why there aren't many people staying. Is it this bad? Is it right for us? Once, when I remember until I die, I told my relatives that Grandma definitely came.

The hotel is considered to be up to standard. The rooms are clean, neat, and complete with equipment. Parking may be cramped. But it's very good. In the heart of the city, it's easy to find a place to eat because you can walk to the nearby department store. Convenient. The reception is considered to be ok for 1 person. Another person doesn't smile to welcome customers at all. But the customers smile too. I must be tired. As for Ak, he smiled cutely and gave information and details on how to use the room. Good, 10+, not broken. The air conditioner is cool. The room doesn't have a musty smell. Passed. 10+. Convenient, clean, beautiful room.

I have reserved 1 room in the hotel B2 Nakhon Si Thammarat, with details as shown in the attached picture. Without reading any reviews at all. Because they are confident in the potential of the B2 hotel chain because they stay often. Until I came across B2 Hotel, Nakhon Si Thammarat. Which in a word is very bad management. I don't want to talk about anything else. If you want to know, go read the reviews on Google, which many customers have already talked about. But my problem is It was as if water came from nowhere and dripped onto the roof. Or something like aluminum, I don't know because it's so dark I can't see. So we informed the reception that there was a problem in this area to the point where we couldn't sleep because it was so loud and loud all the time. The reception sent someone to look at it. When we arrived, we opened the door and came in and stood and looked, leaning forward 2-3 times. Then he said that the sound was coming from outside and walked away. He didn't inform us of the source of the problem and any way to fix it. So we thought, Oh, we'll probably go out and have a look and then we'll come back and inform you until now, 11:24 p.m. on September 7th. Didn't come back to inform. So we called the reception to see how things were. The reception asked us back. And what did the uncle who went to see and inform the customers? I'm really confused. The work isn't coordinated at all. But we reported back that The uncle didn't say anything, just said that the sound was coming from outside, and the reception said that there was nothing he could do right now. Because the technician isn't here. So we asked further: Is there any way to fix this? The reception immediately came back saying "No" and then I hung up. Because I don't know what to do either. We could only think in our hearts that we could at least offer to move rooms. How many tens or hundreds of rooms are there? Finally, we couldn't sleep so we had to find an email to send to you to read and know about the problem. Whether another problem will be solved or not We don't know, but we lost sleep to send you this email. At least we should receive some compensation for our feelings.P.S. The attached picture is a view of our room, an abandoned cubicle.

This hotel, from deep in my heart, has nothing good except the elevator.Parking is far away, not convenient. The bed is very hard. The pillow is like a bag of sand in a flooded area. And most importantly, the room is not soundproof at all. It was loud all night. There were teenagers who came and shouted to open and close the door all night to inform the reception. And they didn't do anything, so I was very confused as to why the hotel has 6 floors and hundreds of rooms, but had customers next to each other and loud teenagers. When he asked me to change rooms another day, I already lost my feelings a lot. When checking-in, pay for 3 nights, get to sleep only one night and don't refund the money for the other 2 nights. The employees were not helpful and did not apologize at all.I don't recommend it if you want to relax. It's not worth the price.

Good location hotel in the city center Opposite Sahathai Department Store The room was neither small nor large. There is a hair dryer in every room as well. You can reserve it for 563 baht per room, a very good price.Who comes to Nakhon Si Thammarat? Recommend staying here.
