Poor service. When calling to reserve, they said the room was next to the water. On the day of actually going, they called to confirm 2 hours in advance.When you actually get there, go sleep in the garden. We were told that we had reserved Rim Baan Rim Nam. But he still talks stubbornly and tells us that it's better in the garden, it's quieter. That is, if you want to suggest that it's quieter in the garden or what? Why didn't you tell me when you called to make a reservation? It's not like giving our room to someone else and letting us sleep in the garden.That day fell on Sat. Tue. We were already tired from traveling. So I agreed to sleep.A young woman took us to look at the rooms. We reserved 2 rooms. There were 3 vacant rooms in that area. Open for us to see a room. We were okay with it, so we went to sleep and went inside to pay. And what about the keys in the other room? She said that it was stuck on the door. We went in to rest normally.But my younger sibling was knocked in the room very loudly. The same woman came and knocked and screamed that I couldn't stay in this room. Someone had already reserved it. The one I said was available was not this room!! But there are 3 empty rooms. There are only 2 rooms. We came as your older sister told us to and we had the keys. So is it our fault?!There are many more heroic deeds of this same girl.

The atmosphere is shady. Accommodation is a wooden house. Breakfast is served and food is given to monks along the canal.

The rooms are both waterfront and non-waterfront. On holidays, the room is always full. Must reserve in advance to get a room. Wooden house, wooden floor, when walking in the room there will be the sound of wood hitting. The walls and ceiling of the room are not soundproof. You should rest in quietness.In the morning, there are monks rowing boats to receive alms at 6:30 a.m. The accommodation has food offerings prepared for the monks at a price of approximately 30 baht per set.Room prices include breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast, porridge, fried eggs, toast, fruit, Patongko, tea, cocoa, coffee to eat until late morning so you don't have to rush to get up.

Good service, plates and bowls are placed for use and ice is placed for scooping, very good. The breakfast is delicious, the rice porridge included is very good, comfortable, cool air conditioner, clean room, the room near the place to eat is a little noisy, but it's okay. I like it.

Bathroom needs better cleaning & upgrade. Toilet bowl on wooden floor is not a good idea, smelly & difficult to sanitize. Shower area doesn’t drain well since bath floor tilts the wrong way.The big Boat badly needs engine tuning because it gave off a lot of white smoke and passengers at the back will be breathing in the toxic exhaust all the way to the market, ruining the supposedly a nice scenic ride with fire flies viewing, B100/ round trip, around 5pm departure & 8pm return.The good- Friendly service. Affordable price, comes with tastyThai style breakfast porridge & fresh fruits.

Stairs were non-standard height and handrail was as big around as my husband's thigh, making climbing the stairs difficult and dangerous. Rooms lacked outlets for charging electronics. Bathroom is outside, under the open sky. It is walled for privacy. When showering, the water heater leaked badly, spraying water all over the inside of the 220 volt electric heater. Not very comforting! Good thing we showered that night, because the next morning the entire complex was without water. Staff told us this is a common occurrence. They brought us some water bottles to brush our teeth, because we complained. Other members of our group didn'tsay anything, and didn’t get any water bottles. Several floorboards in one of our rooms weren't nailed down and when you stepped on one end of a board the other end popped up. A fluorescent light in the same room was loaded with bugs, both dead and alive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited, but adequate. No place easily accessible, other than the resort itself. Nothing to see or do, or other food to get without getting in the car. We will not return and do not recommend.

Prime location to gravitate around the floating markets on the klongs, including that of Amphawa with the possibility of pick-up directly from the hotel quay. Building all in solid teak from floor to ceiling, courteous and attentive staff, thank you very much.

Reserve one room and get another room. The service staff is very, very bad. They look and act like we're asking to stay for free. It's a shame for the money we paid for the room here.
