This place is newly built. Opened last April 2024.Make everything new, equipment, bedding, TV, refrigerator, water heater, all new and ready. There are only 6 houses.Room: PinkCleanliness: 4/5- All points included, no dust. Even though there was very little, the bathroom was clean, with only a little hair covering the manhole cover around the bowl. The sink was clean.Sleeping: 4/5- The pillow is a little high for me. But the skin feels good.- Quilted blanket, good texture, soft to use.- Sheet, soft to the touch- The mattress, bed is still very good, not deflated, not too hard, not too soft.Air conditioner: 5/5, cool, can be used in every mode, batteries aren't running out👍TV: 5/5 It's Internet TV, has Youtube, or does anyone use the screen mirroring method from their mobile phone? The TV can support it easily 👍WIFI : 5/5 Fast and usable. It means a lot to live in the forest like this.Water heater: not yet tested Because I like to take cold showers. But it looks like it might work well.Refrigerator: Haven't tried it yet. But it looks like it can be used normally because it's very new.Other: There is a table, two chairs, 2 bars of soap, 2 sets of towels, a clothes rack, hangers, glasses and two bottles of drinking water. There is coffee, Ovaltine, and snacks to eat at the lobby counter as well👍A few other things: Rooftops are available in every house so anyone can sit and look at the stars. But I haven't gone up yet. Keep it cold, when I come I'll go see the stars again🤗Service: The younger sister who is taking care of me provides very good service. Importantly, in case it is beneficial to the owner.Outside location:Because it's newly built, there are no trees. From the outside picture it looks dry and hot. When I saw the reviews before staying, I was hesitant because the picture wasn't very attractive. But because of the newness, I decided to make a lot of decisions. The parking lot in front of the house has no roof. It's definitely hot during the day. It may have an effect on car lovers. But I like the parking space in front of the room. Because I forgot my stuff, I could walk nearby. In fact, there's only a covered parking lot that can park three cars and it's near the lobby. It's a bit of a walk.Shops, restaurants: I have to admit that it's difficult to find things in the nearby area. It's not that convenient. There is no 7-11 (the nearest one is about 10 kilometers). There are only small local shops. Therefore, prepare your supplies before entering the accommodation.As for me, I'm not serious. You can eat at local restaurants. Because I want to support people in the community as well. And I would like all tourists to help each other as well.Overall summary: Impressed and will definitely come here again.Because it is not far from the front of Noen Hom checkpoint (a few kilometers) for people who come to ride bicycles or who come to visit Khao Yai without sleeping in a tent. You can drive up early in the morning to get a good feel of Khao Yai's atmosphere. The more I come to bike You don't have to get tired of waking up early, driving to ride, you sleep early and cycle back to your accommodation to take a shower and check out comfortably. Or come ride on Saturday around the area. Then go to Wang Bon Reservoir. Good route, good road, few cars. Go to the accommodation. In the morning, go up to Khao Yai, Khao Khiao at 6:00 a.m. and return to the accommodation at 11:00 a.m. or a little later. You can inform them in advance.Bonus: Nearby there is an a la carte restaurant. Beef basil rice with fried egg, very delicious, recommended 🤤

Newly built accommodation Quiet atmosphere, moderate price, close to Khao Yai National Park. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the mattress is clean, there is warm water to use, there are 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, you can watch TV, and the rooftop can go up to sit and relax.There is ample parking.Anyone looking for a place to stay near Khao Yai, I recommend it.
