strength*-It's near 7-Eleven. There are restaurants around.- The room is shabby but it's usable. There is air conditioner + refrigerator + water heater complete.weakness*- The warehouse opposite is noisy at night.- The water is groundwater, not very clean, not suitable for people with sensitive skin. I bought a filter. After just one shower the filter went from white to black. To live, you must be tough.-The electricity bill is very high. At home, 3 air conditioners are not this much. I'm almost shocked.

The door at the back of the room couldn't be opened, I reported it 2 times and still didn't see anything done. The lights didn't turn on. The bathroom lights were difficult to turn on. The air conditioner is not cool, the electricity bill is expensive, there is no wifi, overall it is not worth it.
