Good area, quiet but secretly expensive. Charge for cleaning the grill is 100 baht even though you ordered a grilled pork set for 399 baht. The price is secretly high. Room price is 2990 for three people, no breakfast. Buying an additional set is 150 baht. The cost of another fishing rod is 100 baht each. Think about it in small steps. It's too much.
