The pool was absolutely fantastic!!l We would book this place again just to use the pool it was so lush! The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Within a 10 minute walk to Ton Sai pier and all the shops/restaurants.

When we arrived, the receptionist told us that she was canceling our reservation because the reservation we had made through Hostelworld was wrong. We had to end up paying a much higher price for lack of alternatives. Very bad service.The rooms don't have many sea views even though they sell it to you and they are old. We also found some cockroaches in the toilet.The parties at the beach bars can be felt in the room until 3 in the morning

I went there 7 years ago, it was magnificent, the high bungalows offered a magnificent view of the beach and the garden which was well maintained.The rooms were spotless and the interior and exterior furniture was clean.The garden no longer exists and leaves room for waste, the rooms are not renovated and the cleaning is not impeccable.I give a good point because they showed me several rooms, I ended up choosing one out of spite since none really appealed to me.The pool chairs are downright disgusting.

I stayed at Phi Phi viewpoint recently and unfortunately, I must say it was a disappointing experience. The beds were broken, making it feel like I was sleeping on a hammock rather than a proper mattress. We did change room from a sea view to a garden view because the very limited sea view wasn’t worth the extra cost for us. The air conditioning was rudimentary, with no option to adjust the temperature, leaving us either too hot or too cold throughout the night. The place overall seemed very worn-out and poorly maintained. There was no cleaning, bed-making, or any form of upkeep during our stay. Overall, the potential of the place is overshadowed by its current state of disrepair. It's a shame because it could be so much better, but it falls significantly short.On the positive side is the pool and the view.

I do not recommend, terrible experience.Wide gaps in the doors and a leaky roof make people sleep with lizards and cockroaches.Dirty walls, dirty bathroom, old, scratchy furniture and old TV.The electricity turns off automatically at night.The lack of thermal insulation causes the room to be terribly hot after turning off the air conditioning after 5 minutes.The pool has tiles falling off, there are sharp elements, and there is a lot of chlorine.The only advantage is a good view from the pool to the island.I will ignore the issue of volume because it does not depend on the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with friends for one night. We took a room with three beds. After reading the reviews, I was scared to go, but it turned out that the hotel was nice, the room was clean, the air conditioners worked (we had two in our room). Those who complain about the noise from the beach, I can say that this is an island for action, it’s stupid to go to the island for silence.Regarding the living creatures in the rooms, I didn’t see them, but we took some kind of insect spray and treated the entrance area. So filter out the negative reviews, it’s not that scary at all!)))

The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, there were dead bugs on the headboard, plenty of spiderweb in every corner.The door was so crooked that the lizards had free entrance even though they came through the cracks in the ceiling.Even though it wasn’t the most expensive hotel it was really bad for what you pay.There were dirt on the bed and the room could’ve used a make-over!The pool was decent though.

Very bad hotel that I cannot recommend to anyone.The rooms are old and the furnishings are in poor condition and already dirty when we arrive.The bed is very hard and uncomfortable.The balcony door could not be locked at our room.There is only one socket in the entire room and the light is dark.The Wifi was not working in our room, only at the lobby and the pool.The air conditioning didn't always work well.It's very noisy in the room from the beach bars every night until 3am.The only nice thing is the pool with a view, but even this has sharp edges that can hurt you.The hotel didn't pick us up from the pier and you have to drag your luggage to the hotel yourself.If you check out a little late we will charge a fee of 400 thb and the check out time there is at 11 a.m. not the usual 12 p.m.As a Traveler, I certainly don't have high expectations but the hotel is definitely not worth the high price and I can only advise against booking a room.

TO RUN AWAY!! The worst hotel in Thailand.60€ per night for that is a SHAME!!The hostess is odious!! She literally asked us to leave if we didn't like the rooms in a very aggressive manner, while we just asked her if there weren't other rooms available that were cleaner.The rooms were located high up (if you are with an elderly person or a baby you are in trouble!!!Room 1 the only positive point was the view that's all.On the other hand, room 2 was CATASTROPHIC, no cleaning done, broken window, broken furniture, mouse droppings everywhere, dozens of lizards that come back and forth as they please (afterwards it's a bit normal within the limit reasonable animals) the walls were broken, so other insects invited themselves to the party.The pool is dirty + it is bleached +++ my swimsuit has turned gray instead of it being black. In short, there is so much to say that it deserves more than an opinion. Ps: Oh yes we cannot swim at the beach next to it since there are sewer outlets (a wonderful smell for your nostrils). For your own good, book elsewhere or sleep on the beach, it could be better.

Positive - Good spacious room away from crowd. Have nice infinity type swimming pool. Good staffs.Negative - They didn't give us a good room. We booked room with a garden view but garden was not maintained and not green. Also it was very far from the sea view. Otherwise could have given 5 star. So basically it wasn't great for us. There was no flush gun in toilet.
