The air conditioner is not cool, turns on 16 like it turns on 25, waited almost an hour, slept hot and sweated. I don't know if the staff or the resort owner came to open the room and their speech was not suitable for service work. No more than how many people are allowed in the room? Let's collect more when we get there.

Poor service, musty room, water heater, air conditioner remote, TV doesn't work. The key was not given to the customer. When you go to get it, you have to deposit the cost of the key. Plus the key was given to the wrong room number even though we had already told him. Employees act as if they are not willing to serve.

The room is ok, has a bit of a musty smell. If the room next door smokes The smell will come into the room as well. As for the service, it sucks. Call to reserve early in the morning. To notify that extra mattress is required The voice on the other end of the phone was not friendly. Upon arrival there was no preparation. Guests will be asked to help lift the wooden sofa to put on the mattress. So I said no problem, I'll take care of it myself. When I finished, I didn't give the room key. So I walked to the lobby to get it. The employee said that if you take the key there will be a security fee of 100 baht (with a curt voice, I thought it might be the same person who answered the phone. )I'm not offended by the insurance cost. But why didn't you give me the key and tell me from the beginning? In conclusion, I didn't come to use the service again but I slept.
