In Thailand, where the recent rise of ◯ nationalities has become noticeable, we have taken the initiative to begin accepting them.The rent is set low compared to others.The shuttle bus for the apartment is monopolized by a foreigner and a certain Japanese company.Despite the poor location, it adds to the inconvenienceThere is an old building and a new building, but the old building is quite old and the equipment is in disrepair, and black gun balls are rare.The new building is beautiful, but the travel distance to the restaurant is long.Currently ⭐️ 1 is appropriate, but even if you take into account the new building ⭐️ 2

Previously, many of the long-term residents were Japanese, and they lived very comfortably. However, recently the number of Chinese residents has increased, and the smell of cigarettes often lingers in the hallways and elevators. In addition, the apartment shuttle bus used to be freely available in the neighborhood, but from now on, it seems that it will only run regularly to places frequented by Chinese people. If Japanese residents who have been staying for a long time are neglected and services for Chinese people continue, we are considering moving to another serviced apartment.

It's a reasonably priced hotel. The front building is a bit old. The building behind the room is new. The room is spacious and the wifi in the room is a bit weak. Request a high floor, only get the 2nd floor. The bed turned out to be hard. As for the air conditioner, it's not very cool. If anyone gets a room on the west side, it's really hot.There is a swimming pool and sauna but no charcoal grill. The pool is suitable for swimming with only a few leaves. But the bed at the pool is dirty and should be improved.

The room looks good, clean, nice, and has a fitness center and swimming pool. The room has a microwave, dishes, bowls, refrigerator, and washing machine. The only pity is that the wifi isn't stable and gets lost when used.

An old but very well maintained hotel. Very friendly staff at the counter. The room is very large and clean, but you can see traces of the long time (age) for me it's tip top but what's a bit not so ok for me is that although there are a lot of staff who work in the restaurant, they don't really provide perfect service . That's why I give 3 stars for service

This is a hotel and serviced apartment with full-time Japanese staff.There is a Japanese restaurant on the first floor.There is a pool, fitness gym, and cafe lounge, where you can freely enjoy coffee and snacks.There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but other than that, there are no other restaurants nearby, which is a bit disappointing.When using a hotel as a hotel, it seems to be cheaper to make a reservation directly with the hotel rather than using a reservation site.
