The room smelled of cigarettes, there were children, the bathroom was not clean. Someone knocked on the room and turned the knob. loud chinese people Take your clothes and underwear to dry in front of the room.

Got a room on the third floor, very hot, turned on the air conditioner for two hours and it still hasn't cooled at all. The walls of the room are very hot, on the edge of the third floor.

I stayed at the Charoensuk Grand Hotel for one night while on my bike tour of Thailand in Dec.,, 2023. The hotel was somewhat difficult to get to given it's located on the opposite side of highway and there was no way to cross over to the hotel as there was concrete median. Had to ride about 1Km down to a cross over then ride back up to hotel. The hotel is rather old, rooms were very basic, lighting not good in room, small fridge, 2 bottles of water. The WiFi was very good in room and shower was also very good, strong hot water. The reception are has a large fridge with beer, water, Coke, and other drinks for sale and small stand with snacks for sale.

The room is good, spacious, cool air conditioner, clean bathroom, but next to the first floor room there is a musty smell, probably because the room doesn't have a balcony. The bathroom has a smell coming from the pipe. In the morning there is Ovaltine coffee to drink at the counter. The room price is 550, okay.
