I found somewhere on a blog that this beach was recommended as secluded and beautiful.I am attaching photos so that you DO NOT GO there. There's nothing nice there. There's glass everywhere, an abandoned hotel and monkeys.DISASTER - dirt, stinks from piles of garbage.

Corona probably didn't think about the restaurant or the beach. Avoid the place!

The only good is the view.I would rather pay more to stay at other hotels or resorts. Hostels would have better facilities..This would be the first accommodation that made me go out really early and come back very late because I didn't want to stay in the room.Cons:- Whole place was not managed at all. A lot to repair, reconstruct and looks like the owner abandoned the place.- Poor cleanness and smelly room. When I entered the room, I was shocked by the weird smell. It's not going away at all. The whole room felt moldy. Dirty stain was on the bed sheet and it was definitely used one.- Airconditioner is equipped but poorly operated. It took quite long time to cool down the room as the airconditioner was very old.- No amenities/facilities in the room. The only amenity was 1 roll of toilet paper and shampoo&body wash.No fridge, no hairdryer, really nothing. For hair dryer, you have to ask the staff and they only have 2 hair dryers which you will have to wait until another guest returns or checks out.- Better to eat breakfast out (3 pieces of bread, 2 sausages and fruit juice was it. Don't even dare trying their coffee..)

Unfortunately our stay at Pitiusas Resort (April 2023) was very disappointing. I didn’t expect an upmarket experience and I’m not the type of person that believes the customer is always right, but the photos on Agoda, where we booked from, where very misleading. (Have a look at the pictures I took)In addition to the facilities being very poorly kept, our room curtains were dirty, my pillowcase had blood stains on it and our drain was blocked and smelly. It seems like the owner gave up on the property around 2021/22, but kept it advertised and open for bookings. We were booked for 5 nights, but moved out after the first day and managed to negotiate a refund for two nights.

Worse hotel I ever stay. Do not stay this hotel ! I spent 2,000.- for 1 night. No water, the mattes is older than my grandmother. They put the plug too high even though i'm 175cm you still need a chair to reach which they don't have it. I called to complain with the staff and they don't even care at all. owner of the hotel doesn't care to renovated from what I asked the local people. The road to hotel is really bad. Please go read the comment in google and checked the newest review! DO NOT BELIEVE the photo you see on the website.

Unfortunately, this accommodation was the most expensive and worst we have had in Thailand so far. Everything would have to be completely renovated. The family room we were in smelled musty and like black mold. Pretty unhealthy. The refrigerator was completely moldy (this was cleaned a bit after we asked where we could keep our food cool. Unfortunately, the condition was still so bad that we couldn't put any food in it). The shower wasn't clean, some of it had greasy brown slime on it. The toilet seat slipped out from under my butt. There were also some stains on both bed covers, as there were on all pieces of furniture. Not even the small coffee table was clean. For the high price, a minimum standard of cleanliness should be expected, which was not the case here. We've had bungalows in Thailand that only cost 10% of the accommodation and were in much cleaner and better condition. The hotel's own terrace is also broken and unusable. You have to be careful not to break through the floorboards. The path next to it is steep and dangerous to walk on.Unfortunately, breakfast didn't start until shortly after 8 a.m., but orders were then taken in a relaxed manner (even though it was 8 a.m.).The family room is not recommended in this accommodation. We can't judge what the other rooms look like.

Beautiful place. It could use a few tweaks, but the owners and the view make up for it. Absolutely amazing snorkeling in a coral paradise. From the port on foot, I recommend walking along the beach and then up the hill through the last street.

I have never stayed at a hotel! This is a photo of the beach in front of the hotel. If you go from Pattaya Beach, there is a slope that looks like going over a mountain pass.
