We lived at Baan Kasirin 2 for a month and we were very happy about the place. Really cheap and simple but comfy room. They provide hot and cold drinking water, there is a comunal kitchen and rooms have aircon & fan. Power is paid separately. We will definitely come back here if we are back in Lipe.

The bathroom sister is bad, there are cockroaches and a musty smell and the sheets are dirty and with human hair, disgusting. I attach a photo.

The room is clean. But I don't know the exact price because I bought a diving trip with accommodation. The air-conditioned room is not soundproof. There is no hot water. There is a clothes rack in front of the room. Made the room very clean.

The owner is terribly disgusting! I booked an aircon room and they gave me a fan room! When I want to upgrade to aircon room, they charge me additional 500 baht per night! I asked for a refund and they rejected!The was urine on the bed sheet, the room is terribly hot and small and run down!Terrible! I ended up losing all my money because I did not stay here in the end!Don't stay here unless u want to ruin your vacation!

For the price, the room itself is sufficient. Location is superb and the staff are friendly. My major dislike is that there is no fridge in the room. If you are an early riser, it is difficult to find anything open before 8 am to buy cold water or a coffee unless you walk almost 1km to the only open 7/11 on the island.

The pandemic left us stranded in Krabi and we couldn't get to Koh Lipe due to the lack of ferries since Thailand closed everything. They never refunded our money for our stay. I don't recommend it at all.

This place is terrible. I give them credit for trying to make it better from the previous bad reviews. They spent money on making the garden nice but what they should have done is spend money on the interior of the room. We originally booked a fan room and landed up paying an extra 400 Bht for aircon as the room was so hot you couldn't sleep. Not to mention the huge hole in the cupboard and the fact that there is no flushing toilet. This should be specified on the booking page. Our window was also broken so if we tried to get fresh air we couldn't. The front shop is so enticing but the accommodation leaves much to be desired .

Do you want to have bedbugs? Then Baan kasirin 2 is the perfect place. We changed 2 rooms and there were visible bed bugs in both rooms. We ended up getting some bugs bites. The hotel didn't wanna proceed with the refund since they did not see any bugs and were saying the rooms were perfetly clean and fine (not even close to reality).Room super small, dirty, toilet smelly with just cold water available.Very bad experience. We left the room after 1 hour. NEVER COMING BACK NOT EVEN FOR FREE!
