One of those family run guest houses that really make you appreciate rural Thai hospitality. The rooms are basic but functional and clean, the brushed concrete room interior is a bit dark, but manageable for a night or so. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.The beds are comfortable and the location is super quiet, despite the proximity to a major road.One of the highlights is a common room in a separate building next to the bungalows. There's a table, serval chairs. A microwave and toaster oven are available to heat up any food that you might have brought from a market (more on that later). In this same room there's also free coffee, cookies and toast in the morning up until 11am or even later. See attached picturesOne downside of this hotel is the remote location, far from restaurants, markets and shops. You need to either drive into Kabin Buri town or Udomsook Night market (both are 7km drive from the Hotel). I think the Hotel sells some basic instant noodles at the reception, but I am not 100% sure.In summary, this is a great place to stop for a night when traveling through Kabin Buri, just make sure to stock up on food and drinks before you settle in for the night.Walin in rate is 490B, we paid a bit less online.

Accommodation is not expensive, there are shophouses, price 490฿, single room 690฿, clean, quiet accommodation, inside the room there is a TV, refrigerator, clean bathroom, no breakfast. But there are 2 cups of Mama Cup, 2 bottles of soft drinks, 3 bottles of drinking water, coffee and a few snacks in the guest room. In the morning there will be snacks. Bread (toast yourself), tea, coffee, Ovaltine (make it yourself), cookies are provided for free. Most of them are self-service. The staff are lovely and friendly. The location is in Kabinburi, quite dry as in the picture, a lot of forest, there are a few insects at night. But overall ok Suitable for staying and staying here 2 times already.

Moved accommodation at night because the power went out. Driving was tired and found a room like this. The room I got was a broken knob, the shower hose was leaking from the faucet that was opened, the bathroom was dirty, ran away, really scared.

It's the best place to sleep at this price. I don't know why. Sleep and feel comfortable. There are dogs and cats running around and playing. Good atmosphere. Parking in front of the room. The room is beautiful.

The twin rooms are spacious and airy.There is coffee + Mama Cup + soft drinks provided.Room price 500-700You can call to order food to be delivered to your room.😴 But the area behind the room There will be music.sing loudly There was the sound of dogs barking and howling.Disturbing rest⚒️ Should be improved bathroom lighting The light bulb was broken and the area in front of the room to be concrete Because of the rain, the ground collapsed, making it difficult to walk.Cars easily get stuck in mud.

Stopping here is good. We have a 7-month-old baby with an aunt who takes care of him. I brought a kettle of hot water to make milk and boiled it for you.

The rooms are cheap, clean, and sleep very comfortably. I slept and woke up late. The bathroom is a little cramped but clean. Everyone is friendly. In the morning there is coffee to drink. But we didn't get to eat because we were in a hurry. If passing this way again, definitely come again.
