Just a tad off Walking Street but away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. The street that this place is on is nice and quiet. An Italian restaurant just next door and the main eateries on Walking street hardly 30 paces away. Close to pharmacies and a 24hr 7 Eleven store. An excellent and easy location.The rooms are clean with large windows letting in lots of natural light. A comfy queen bed and also a day bed in the room. The balcony is narrow but enough to put your clothes out to dry. Roims are non smoking and non vaping. Room cleaning is done every 2 days if requested. The communal area downstairs is great to chill and have coffees or to do work.the stairs leading up to the rooms are a bit narrow and steep with some uneven stairs....may pose a problem if your knees are weak or even coming back after a night out partying! Laundry services can be arranged with the caretaker.All in all a great place to stay when in Koh Lipe. Very recommended!!

Nice, clean rooms with plenty of space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cant say much except that I recommend it further! You definitely wont regret staying here.

The price is not expensive, it is next to the Papaya mom restaurant. The room I stayed in was quite narrow. The bathroom is very narrow. I stayed for 4 nights and had to clean it 1 time (there was only one caretaker). There is a service to borrow diving equipment, pandle board for free. ð There is free breakfast. The food is made to order and tastes good.

Very clean and comfortable rooms near Walking Street. You can use the water dispenser, sunscreen, aftersun, snorkeling equipment free of charge. The owner is very approachable and gives a lot of tips and recommendations. We had a pleasant stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is really nice and helpful, they have a good breakfast included and the rooms are nice and clean with hot showers. They upgraded us from the smallest room to a bigger one without us saying anything, it was a really nice thing to do! The location is amazing, in the center and on walking street where everything is. The wifi is sometimes a little slow but it works fine if your not streaming like crazy. It has a coffee shop on the first floor which is super cute and with a little bookshelf with all kinds of books.

Been there 3 years ago when they were remodeling, now the place is even better!! they were kind to not to work at sleeping time and the room and breakfast were awesome. Thank you and hope the best!

Cosy place with small rooms and great location close to Walking street but quiet during the night. We especially liked the receptionist, the guy speaks English very well and was really helpful. The hotel also offers a free snorkeling mask rental and drinking water. The breakfast was exceptionally good and it was included in booking price. Staying in this hotel was pleasure for us.

Beautiful rooms, very good atmosphere for relaxation. Excellent service like brothers The accommodation is next to the walking street, near 7-Eleven, traveling to Sunrise and Pattaya Beach in just 5 minutes. Personally, I really like it. Better than accommodations next to the sea because traveling anywhere is convenient since it's almost in the middle of the island. If I have a chance to go back to Lipe again. I will choose to stay here.

This little cozy hotel/guest house is located in the center of everything. The host is kind and helpful, and the place was very clean. All the workers there are very nice as well. The breakfast included in our stay was just fantastic that I still think about after coming home. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to come back!
