No free shuttle boat is included if you book through Agoda, but they won't tell you this in advance; even if you call them as we did.If you want their boat, prepare 1200THB on top of what you already paid.

Nice room, big and clean. Staff/owner very nice and helpful with all our needs and requests. They supply shuttle boat to and from the pier at no extra cost.

The state of the bathrooms was not optimal, full of humidity and insects, as well as a fair cleanliness, the location, although it was far away, was a cozy area.Transportation to the resort is not very well organized

Very valid alternative to the north of Phi Phi. Free transfer from the ferry arrival pier, then boat excursion and the last leg on the motorbike taxi. Clean. Spacious room, bion AC, beautiful veranda for delightful evenings. One minute from the beach

We had an amazing time staying in Phiphi Bakao Bay Resort. Located far away from the party side of the Island, however near a few nice restaurants and bars. Perfect if you are looking to relax and be connected with the nature.We were impressed with the service provided by Saodin, he organised a boat to pick us up near the main pier, and he would also drive us from the beach to the hotel whenever we needed.Amazing private boat trip organised by the hotel in the afternoon took us to Maya bay, monkey beach and we could watch the sunset from the boat. This was a 10/10 experience.The room was very clean and spacious, simple with everything you need.

I saw that most people the comments were complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms! But you have clearly never been out of Europe as this were more than normal conditions for a local bungalow!Wonderful place and such welcoming and kind host! We stayed at the resort after spending one night in "main Phi Phi" area (near Tonsai Pier). We were hoping for a more quieter place with a nice beach. As packpacking in Thailand, we ended up booking the place one day before the visit.-Free boat trips offered by hotel from Tonsai Pier to the place.-Nice host-Clean, spacess room (102)-Nice beach near the place. Snorkling possibility (we rented equitment from the beach).-Minimarts and restaurants close to the placePlease be aware of low and high tide (ocean). If you want to kayak, has to do in the morning.

Moldy pillows, rooms full of insects, old spider nests (dead, but still) and rock-hard mattresses (I don't even want to look at them). In addition, everything seems run down. It says online that there is a “safe”, but it is just a shabby, unstable drawer next to the bed. There are no closets either, but there is an ant trail running over the entire walls including the bed👍🏼. The sanitary facilities are okay, but definitely in need of renovation. The pictures online deceive you and if you were there yourself, you can see it straight away. The only plus point would be the great beach a few meters away, but it is also too far away from the city that it would be worth it in terms of price and performance! It's not worth the money! We are definitely leaving earlier and do not recommend this hotel!!! 🤢😓 (Be warned, the pictures below show the pillows...)

I've never seen anything worse. The rooms are old and in a bad condition. A bathroom without a window and air extraction, so if you want to ventilate, you can go directly through the entire room. Rock-hard mattresses, moldy pillows. I had several cockroaches in my room, after informing the operator he brought me a spray against cockroaches, a really great solution. The next day I left and the stay was reserved for another 3 nights, so I only lost money and time. I thought that for the money it wouldn't be so terrible, but unfortunately it was, it's better to pay extra and get something normal. I definitely do not recommend it if you do not want to spoil your vacation

Rooms are simple. Refrigerator, TV. Unfortunately, living here with a child is quite difficult. No breakfast, you have to wait until the shops open. You make your own coffee at the lobby with instant coffee and instant milk. Unfortunately the rooms have lots of ants and large cockroaches. The bed is very hard but big.

Owner is very friendly and helpful.
Close to the beach. Got picked up at tonsai pier from their longtail boat, this is included in the room rent. Good resort in Loh Bakao Bay.

Stayed here for two night. Our first night we got bitten all over our legs. The next day we did a boat tour, came back to shower and freshen up and a slug and two caterpillars started coming out of the drain. Then we checked our bed and it was covered with tiny little ants all over. We complained about this and they got housekeeping to come and clean our room, however all that shouldn't happen just from one sleep in the room. We also did not expect being woken up at 5/5:30am to a very nearby mosque playing loud prayers over tannoy announcements, a little bit of warning would be nice. The rest of the location is amazing, super kind locals with great food/restaurants nearby.

Such a peaceful atmosphere with cosy bungalows in a quiet, authentic-feeling little town. It may be a little tatty, with no cupboards but we still loved our 3 days here and the price was reasonable. Also the food in the local restaurants was excellent.

Everything is very old, including the bed, pillows, blankets, and the bathroom doesn't flush. I slept on the bed where my back got hit by a spin, my back was itchy, I scratched until it was sore, it smelled damp, room 105.
