After our enjoyable stay at Ricci House Resort on Koh Lipe from March 5th to 7th, 2024, where we booked four rooms for three families, we participated in an island-hopping trip on March 6th. During the boat excursion, the operator captured numerous videos of us, with the expectation of sharing them afterward via the resort operator. Before checking out, we provided our emails and contact information, hoping to receive those videos. However, despite following up twice on March 11th and April 12th, we haven’t received any response. It appears that once you’ve checked out, communication often comes to an abrupt end.To be fair, the resort and boat trip experience was great; it’s just that it ended with some disappointment without the videos & response from Ricci.

We're extremely satisfied and happy with our stay at Ricci. It was one of the best places that we accommodated in Thailand (among 6 other places). All the staff had beautiful smiles on their faces and were super helpful and patient. We got help getting to and from the hotel on our arrival and departure.Laundry service did a good job - we got cleaned, ironed and nicely folded laundry. Breakfast was very good and included lots of food that kept me full until dinner.Rooms were big enough and well equipped.It was really nice to come back to a nicely cleaned room every day 😇We basically felt so safe there because every need we had was solved by the owner? manager? :D She scheduled our snorkeling trip, laundry, trip to phuket.Location was just great, in the middle of everything.My husband said I should stay behind and learn a couple of things from the manager :pWe loved it so much that we extended our trip to Lipe and stay at Ricci by one night. Thank you for everything and we will try to be back ❤ Wishing you to be always so welcoming 😊

The room is clean and the resort is very near to the 7Eleven and Walking Streets, is very convenient. The reception is very friendly too.The only thing that need to improve is the Internet is slow in the room, u may need to online at the lobby for smooth internet.

We spent 10 nights at the Ricci House Resort in February 2024. The resort is located on the road that runs through Koh Lipe from north to south, but is still quiet. It is a few meters to Walking Street, the two beaches North Point Beach and Pattaya Beach are a 10-15 minute walk away. We appreciated the free pickup and dropoff service from/to Pattaya Beach on arrival and departure.We had a bungalow directly behind the restaurant area with a small covered terrace. The bungalow was equipped with AC, vent, TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, safe, small wardrobe and beach towels. In the bathroom, the shower could be separated from the toilet and sink with a shower curtain.The bungalow was getting old, the wood paneling made it look old-fashioned and retained the warmth of the day.The resort offers breakfast buffet style. We didn't take advantage of this and instead used the offer in the nearby area.We were dissatisfied with the timing of the cleaning of the bungalow. Of all the days we stayed, the cleaning was only done before 4 p.m. once; on the other days it was later, when we wanted to freshen up after returning from the beach.We found the price-performance ratio to be excessive for Thai standards, but it is generally a problem for Koh Lipe.If we travel to Koh Lipe again, we would choose this accommodation again because of its central location.

Conveniently located at the corner of the main street, easy access to the food street as well as activities booking center. Greeted by a warm and cheerful lady. Clean facilities and request are met. Tiled floors. Sturdy and comfy bed with nice air condition in the hot afternoon. There are plugs for international and local settings. Overall a comfortable and good stay.

Good hotel with large spacious rooms and pleasant staff who speak good English. No reception at night. But, even when faced with a borderline situation where Australian customers are making excessive noise in the middle of the night, management prefers to remain passive and show no reaction. No action taken. No answer.

Hotel located in a strategic position being close to all the beaches of Koh Lipe and close to excellent local restaurants. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.The rooms are spacious and ours had a beautiful outdoor veranda. Unfortunately the soundproofing of the rooms was very bad, you could really hear any noise from the room next door, even footsteps and snoring.

Excellent location at the entrance to the walking street and a few minutes from the main beaches, supermarket 1 minute away. As for the hospitality, I have no words, they have taken care of us and been attentive at every moment with a smile. Thank you!
