The receptionist doesn't call customers. Let them walk to find the check-in counter. The room was broken. But overall still good Suitable for resting after a long trip.

We arrived late and the owners came out to check us in at 2am 🙏🏼 Very clean and spacious, hot shower, drinking water, and walking distance to local breakfast spots.

TV has no clarityIn the sink, the toothpaste that the previous guest had squeezed and spilled was still there. It shows that the housekeeper's work is very sloppy.Bedsheets and towels were torn and had holes, so they probably gave them to customers to use.There was no elevator and the stairs were narrow.

The room reserved is OK. The condition of the room is large, suitable for 3 people. Complaints about the room having lizards and spiders. You must check in at 2 p.m. or just after 2 p.m., you can't come before. Anyone booking through Agoda, check carefully first. If you reserve and cancel, 50% will be deducted.

Very nice, clean hotel with nice staff, we only stayed one night, but the room was really great! The bathroom was the cleanest I saw during our stops. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is functional and in great condition. The transfer to the island went smoothly!The breakfast was a bit meager, but there was everything you needed!

I was in Trat only for one night, i was quite tired and looking for a comfortable place to rest the night, I was very pleased with the hotel, clean and seems that was recently renewed, in Trat nothing is far so it was close by all shops and place to eat! :-)
