Terrible service!! There were ants in our room. They got into our suitcase and clothes. I'm DYING, how disgusting.Furthermore, we asked them to wash our clothes because they were full of ants and they made us pay for it. We told them that we didn't see it as fair and their response was that it wasn't fair for them to pay for it either because the laundry service was external hahahahahahahahahahaha, what little thieves. We had to stay one more night and they wanted to charge us double, to see if it worked. We told them that we didn't understand the price and they lowered it hahahaha what a shame we are not as stupid as they thought.To top off the fabulous experience, in the morning there was a toad in our room.

Top hotel, new and neat. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was friendly. The hotel is above the coffee shop, but you have nothing to do with that and you are not bothered by it at all. The hotel is located in the middle of walking street. A perfect location so I like to stay. You are not bothered by the crowds/noise. The rooms are a bit noisy, but otherwise not disturbing. We also had no hot water, but with that heat you don't really need it. 10/10

The hotel is right on the main street, but the room is comfortably quiet and you can even hear the birds in the morning. Everything is new and clean, cleaning every day.

All chairs should be equipped with felt gliders to prevent inconsiderate guests from pushing them around the upper floor for hours without rhyme or reason. Of course, even in the middle of the night. The hotel is already very noisy and guests who behave recklessly seem to feel right at home here. In addition, there is no privacy if you want natural light in the room. The one “window” is the sliding glass door to the hallway. The only lamp in the room is a ceiling light that “conjures up” an extremely uncomfortable ambience.P.S.: Thanks for the tip about complaining to reception but I don't feel like doing that every day as it doesn't seem to me that anyone seriously wants to deal with solving such problems. There are definitely better accommodation options on the island if you don't want a hostel atmosphere with corresponding background noise.

Where to start, I would say this hotel is the worst we have seen in ThailandDue to the dishonesty of its manager and the dilapidation of its room, yet this hotel is put forward by booking what a shame!!For the room: contrary to what is described on the site there is no terrace, only one window in the bathroom and a large bay window opening directly onto the corridor or for us a broom cupboard.Be careful, the rooms are located at the back of a trendy bar, which makes it impossible to fall asleep before the end of the service...The bathroom: don't look for shampoo soaps or toothbrushes here or any of thatYou will find in the bathroom only decrepit walls and all other dirt.The Management: warned 15 days in advance of a change of date, the management validated it by email: what a surprise when we arrived, this had not been taken into account forcing us to pay for the lost night. As soon as we arrived and saw the quality of the room and the dishonesty of the management we asked not to stay. The response was if you leave you lose the 4 nights…If I had to remember one thing: I would say that the DJ at the bar behind the room was not bad

Mega super location. Don't be afraid of the center. After midnight it is quieter here than in the surrounding streets. The only drawback is that the room does not have a balcony or a safe.

I booked a 5-night stay on Koh Lipe at the now former Seventh Boutique Hotel in August 2022. Last week, already finding myself in Asia, I accidentally noticed a change in the name of the structure from Google. I therefore contacted the contact person via email, who informed me of a change in management of the structure, which is now called Sweet Dreams. However, it guarantees me the room reservation, previously paid for. This is the first negative note, as I had to find out about the change in management personally, without having been notified by the host. Having arrived on Koh Lipe on January 20th we go to the hotel, where we find, I suppose, the new manager waiting for us. He immediately tells us that, due to overbooking, we will not be able to stay in that facility and that we will have to move to a different hotel on the island. We therefore find ourselves catapulted into a place that we had not chosen and that we will never have booked, since it does not reflect our needs. We therefore ask the alleged manager for explanations, who tells us that the only thing he can do for us is to let us settle in that structure. Alternatively, he would have provided a refund, without meeting us or looking for other solutions for us. We were therefore forced to take back our money paid in August and have to spend almost double to look for new accommodation, the same day for 5 nights on Koh Lipe, at 7pm, in full celebration for the Chinese New Year and therefore an island full of tourists and full booked structures.I don't wish anyone to find themselves in such a situation.

Thanks to the current situation, I am not able to travel this fall. It would have been such a delight to spend a couple of nights at the seventh boutique hotel !!Looking forward to reserving for the next Christmas !!!

The seventh boutique hotel is beautiful, I stayed in this facility for 6 nights and I had a great time, the owner Eliana will not make you miss anything... as soon as the restrictions allow me to, I will definitely be back, highly recommended
