I made a reservation with the wrong dates a month in advance and I contacted them immediately to request a change of dates, not cancellation of the reservation, but instead they denied the change and confirmed the reservation. In addition to losing money and not being able to attend, it arrives two days after the reservation, so that it generates a review about the stay at the place.

Very good hotel for the price, good welcome, nice swimming pool, very good rooms, breakfast a little light, don't hesitate to ask for a little more, ..on the other hand a little far from everything, grab required to go into town (100bt) eat at night markets or in aonang (250bt)

Nice comfy quiet hotel with friendly staff. Soft mattress and hot shower. Best night sleep we’ve had in Thailand.Water and snacks every day.Nice cabana to relax by the pool, with towels supplied. Bike hire and onward travel and excursions can be arranged at reception with Bo. If arriving late, bear in mind there is nothing open to provide food at 9pm. Breakfast can be had round the corner at Urban Cafe Workspace. But for great coffee 5 minutes walk to Tree Room Brew and Bake.

We stayed at La La Moon for 3 nights and we are super positively surprised that at this price point You get such nice service.Starting with the rooms super modern and clean. With little details like umbrellas to use during bad weather and a nice big balcony with a view on the pool.Except for that you hear no noise from the road. So we are super happy to stay in this room.The pool was great, very private and refreshing.The staff is super helpful, they always offer tips and are very polite. We booked 1 tour through them. Also as a complimentary addition there is water, coffee, thea and small snacks.Thank You, we are very happy about our stay here and would come back and recommend this place for sure.

It has an ant infestation. The room is very cool. The air conditioning was bad. The pool is very good for how small the place is.

Great accommodation and very nice hosts! We arrived late in the evening and the hostess gave us bread and pasta because all the shops were already closed. Everything is clean and you can get everywhere. There are posters with taxi prices to various locations.I would come again and again!

Close to the city, parking is ok, even though it's along the road, there's not a lot of traffic. There's a grocery store. Nearby and food As for the atmosphere in the room, everything is OK. Price in the hundreds is ok. Plus, is there a swimming pool?

Had a really great stay! Nice people who want to help you. They even took us to Krabi city center and they are going to take us to our transfer tomorrow. Hotel room was clean, looks good otherwise. 5 stars for this top hotel!

Our stay here was soooo lovely! The staff helped helped us book a scooter and arrange a taxi to the airport and all of it was very smooth. They gave us cold water every day and made us feel really comfortable throughout the entire stay. On top of that the beds were super comfortable!

Such a lovely place to stay in Krabi. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are great (showers with hot water and good pressure). We were given a cold water bottle every day, access to free tea and coffee and bonus they had a pool to cool down in.The staff here has been amazing, helping us with scooter rentals, airport transfers, allowing us to extend our check out time since our flight was late in the evening! They have gone above and beyond to make our stay here memorable and I’m so grateful

The room is good, the air conditioner is cool, the water flows, the room is big, there is a hair dryer, the only problem is. There is no mirror in the room. Only in the bathroom Lovely staff, good service

Quiet location, very clean and very friendly staff.The communication beforehand worked without any problems.Rooms were clean, pool is clean and the location is not quite central but still good and easy to get to everywhere.In the morning there is free coffee, toast and bananas.Cheap, clean, recommended!
