The room is small. The floor is tilted a little. Bunk bed (bottom floor is very small Sleeping with two people is uncomfortable. The upper floor is ok, the pillows are comfortable, the air conditioner is cool) The owner takes good care of him, the breakfast is good, the cafe water is bland. Overall, the room is small. The price is not worth it for the bed that is very small and uncomfortable to sleep on.❌❌❌❌Tap water is sticky and slimy. Sticky like glue. So sticky (even the third person got it when showering). So sticky that it's not okay at all.❌❌❌❌

Staying for 3 people, 900 baht, no wifi, no breakfast, close to the forest, lots of mosquitoes, it's understandable.....but we were bitten by a centipede hidden in a towel. In the morning, I called and talked to the staff about having to come out immediately. Didn't return the key because he rushed to the doctor because he was in severe pain Not a single word of apology. Didn't ask about any symptoms.

I like that the admin responds well, gives good recommendations, complete information, has clear pictures of accommodations and breakfast. The house is quite good, clean, lots of trees, good nature, next to rice fields, cool air conditioning, the kids really like the bunk beds. Put on an extra mattress to sleep 6 people, so it's not cramped. The price is very reasonable. Quiet. The entrance to the accommodation is a bit lonely. But when I turned in, I didn't feel anything. The house has a private parking garage, which is very good. At night there are fireflies too. But there are a lot of insects because it's stuck in the forest/river. Suitable for relaxing and relaxing a bit.

This was probably my favourite place I have stayed in Thailand . Benc and his partner took care of my every need. I wanted to visit Huai Kha Khaeng National Park - not popular with foreign tourists - Benc gave me the contact for an English-speaking guide, who took me there one day & arranged for me to go again the next day. We were given bicycles to cycle into Uthai Thani. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The tea delicious. They sell all kinds of lovely and interesting products, some handmade. The cafe is a beautiful place to sit and relax, the whole atmosphere is very peaceful. I was very well taken care of here & would highly recommend Rain Tree Cafe & Homestay.
