Resort with nice view of trees and shrubs. Bungalows are old but nicely renovated. Mattress in my bungalow was on the hard side. In the morning vendors sell fruits and vegetables at the resort as well.

It is a resort located in Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province. There are many types of rooms to choose from. The atmosphere is good, quiet and peaceful, very suitable for relaxation. During the middle of December 2023, the weather was comfortable, not hot. At night, it was cool and comfortable without having to turn on the air conditioner at all. It was shady and there were shops selling local things.

Baan Pattra, both bathrooms are in old, unclean condition. There is black mold in the grout lines. Old floor and wall tiles. Very old faucet. Had to ask the resort to replace it. Wash basin. The sanitary ware is old and yellow. The bathroom has a smell. The kitchen sink faucet is old, not worth using, not clean. The bed has a squeaking sound when you move. Room price is 3,300 baht/night, stay 2 nights. Room. Towels are not worth using. Cabinet. Old clothes come off their hinges. Water leaks from the sewer pipe under the sink flowing all over the bathroom floor. You should check the cleanliness and readiness of the house before letting you stay. The area of the house and the club area where you eat breakfast are lacking care and are not clean..
