Reserved a room. Arrived and was told the room was full. It wasn't ready yet. Waited for 2 p.m., when I arrived I asked if there was a place to wait. The answer was no, I got a room on the other side. Have to walk to the lobby to pay every day to stay. Bad, bad even before staying. The service is very bad.

I don't know if we were wrong or not. But let me say something. Well, our child is very hungry at 3:30 and can't stand it. We went down to buy instant noodles but saw the employee was asleep. At first we didn't think to wake him up because it was so late. We were considerate and had enough manners, but because the child told us he was in pain. My stomach is hungry. So we had to remember to knock gently. Then he woke up and opened the glass door. I said sorry for bothering Mama so much. Then she washed her face and said angrily, You woke us up to buy this noodles. It's 3:30 AM. We were shocked and said, "Oh, I'm sorry." So we walked out and she said 15 baht, then we paid and she closed the glass in our faces.I'm sorry to disturb you.#As for Mama, she can't eat. Throw away trash at this hotel. There's definitely no way to stay again. Please speak more nicely than this.
