Great value hotel in good location. Only a few minutes walk to the river and night market.

I had a good stay in this small but nice and clean hotel. It’s not in any way luxurious but the price is very cheap and I think you get a good value for your money. You have good local restaurants close by and about a 10-15 min walk to the city centre. The room was clean but the outlets didn’t all work and the aircondition unit wasn’t working all the time in my room. Even though that I would still recommend this place to anyone who wants a budget friendly hotel with a sweet hostess.

The rooms are ok. But the advantage is that the parking lot has a high roof. Rain protection, which is almost impossible to find in Kamphaeng Phet.

Just stayed for 3 nights. The room is not very new, but the aunt cleans very well. In the morning there is coffee and bread to eat, 400 baht, not expensive.The auntie who takes care of the accommodations provides very good service. She's cute and cleans the room very clean. It's rare to find a housekeeper who cleans well like this.Recommend to come and stay.

This area is very quiet. The bedroom is clean, complete with a cool air conditioning system, refrigerator, wardrobe, and the bathroom is divided into wet and dry zones. Water heater system The bed was soft too. feel safe Please continue to share.

An excellent small hotel, quiet and very clean. The market is right next door. There is everything you need in the room and the lady is so nice. Don't hesitate to stop here. We really enjoyed our two night stay during our cycling trip.

Nice place. I called in advance, they greeted us, showed us our room, everything was closed for the night, and they allowed us to put our bikes inside. The room and bathroom were clean. The air conditioning worked and was well positioned, making it comfortable to sleep at night. Quiet. The hostess is a very polite and pleasant woman. For the price of 400 Baht a night, the price-quality ratio is excellent. + I was pleased with the coffee and cookies in the morning. If you are traveling in Thailand and need an overnight stay, then this is a suitable and inexpensive option. There was a large evening food market within walking distance.

400 baht room. Fridge, tv, private bath, cold AC, large decent bed. Worth the money but probably cheaper and nicer in town. Cookies and coffee/tea for breakfast. 7 min walk to the market and 5 min walk to the night market.Had ants, didn’t bother me. I couldn’t find the attendant for a few hours - wouldn’t come to the front desk when I rang bell. Room could be updated but still worth the stay.

When calling to reserve, we were informed that there would be 3 people staying. The auntie who answered the phone said If you stay with 3 people, the room will be a bit expensive. At 450 baht, we're fine. When we went to check in, we met a male employee who spoke well and gave good service. He said that if we stay with 3 people, we have to add another 50 baht + a key deposit of 100 baht. We were okay even though we didn't say we needed to add more money on the phone. The staff brought 1 extra pillow. So we asked for 1 extra blanket. The employee brought it to me and didn't say anything else. In the morning, I will check out. The aunt in front of the counter said The key deposit will not be returned because we asked for additional blankets. Since it was going to be used to pay for washing blankets, we said, "Why didn't the staff see it last night?" The aunt said that he didn't know. Auntie fell asleep and didn't know anything. In the end, we refunded 50 baht. Save extra money no matter what. But I didn't notify before it was too late. I don't speak well. I feel bad.

Definitely recommended.Good hotel, very clean with reasonable size rooms and spacious bathrooms. 2 showers, hot and cold. Small balcony for drying clothes, but not sitting out. High quality bedding.Only 400 baht and a basic breakfast available. Good security with electronic lock on main door in the evening.It's about 200 metres from river and 150 from town's most expensive hotel. Also a short walk to the night market which has excellent food in the evening.Warning, do not take a room on the top floor. There is a pump for water pressure on the roof which constantly cuts in and out. It is noisy and vibrates. Very annoying. New pump needed and better insulation where it rests on the floor. Other floors are OK.
