First impression when I arrive, there's no signage outside. Walk inside I'm shocked with all the messy room full with stuffs, cats, dog, and many things.Luckily the dorms at 3/4 floor was fantastic. Cold aircon, curtains, towel, shower with amenities.Free breakfast: tea, coffee, snack all day.But no place like decent common area cause all occupied by petsLocation was great, walking distance to many cool cafes and the waterfront.Owner is nice, have to communication with Google translate.Too bad seems they don't care to keeping things clean, simple and organized.

As soon as we entered, we were not only overwhelmed by a pungent smell of pets/urine, but also by chaos, dirt and garbage. All the common areas and sanitary facilities are dirty or falling apart. When we asked for a place to smoke, we were pointed to the roof terrace - we were looking forward to the fresh air, but we couldn't use it either because it was full of bird droppings. When we saw cat urine next to the overfilled laundry basket that was right next to our room, that was the time for us to leave. There are so many animals in the accommodation that it is really unpleasant and the smell is an imposition and a health threat - as cat urine contains ammonia which is a poisonous gas and is harmful to health.

If anyone doesn't love animals, I don't recommend it. There are many owners raising dogs and cats here. Walked in and smelled of pet odors. We are animal lovers but we still can't stand the bathroom and common sink are quite bad. There is no parking. It may have been good before. But now I can't.

Pros: kind owners, cute pets, dorms are quite modern with curtains, nice locationCons: absolute HORRIBLE smell outside the dorm, place seems like owners gave up on it, a lot of things falling apart, everything's quite dirtyI was looking forward to stay at a nice place with pets but after one night I had to leave because I couldn't stand the smell anymore. With some maintenance this could be a great place!

We were welcomed at Poonpun late at night due to a problem we had in a previous hotel. The staff (the wife and her husband) were extremely nice. The rooms are complete (sockets, sheets, lights, etc.) and accessories are available (air conditioning, shower gel, towel). However, the cleanliness of the premises leaves much to be desired. There is a very strong smell of animal urine which goes up to the 4th floor, the floors and equipment are not clean and neither are the beds… as for the common areas, skip your turn, the cats in took possession. It's a huge shame that the owners let the place go because I think it has a lot of potential.

Plus, she came loudly knocking on the door of the room at 7 a.m., not considerate, without manners.Anyone who doesn't believe and wants to experience holiday hell, just try it. You've stayed in hundreds of hotels. I've never seen anywhere this bad. Saw that previous people gave good reviews so I went to check it out. The condition encountered is different from the reviews, similar to the sky or the abyss. I think it used to be good before. But nowadays it's very bad.

Inside the room ok But the common conditions that must be shared (bathrooms, corridors) seem to lack care.Or is it because we were just unlucky? I came across a situation that was different from what other people had reviewed as good.Can't sit and hang out with the cat in the lobby. It's hot and the smell of pets is secretly strong and hurts my nose a bit. (But inside the room on the 4th floor It's still bad that there's no smell.)and met a technician who would come and install the solar panels during our stay. (If the owner had notified beforehand when booking the accommodation, they would have moved to another place. But this has already been reserved and paid. Can't cancel. I'm confused as to why the technician came to do the work while there were guests staying.)The cat is cute and very entertaining...in conclusion, I came to stay because the cat fell off...

This is definitely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in in Thailand countless times in my life. The first floor is full of cats and dogs. The stench spreads to the third floor. You ask me why I live here. It’s not because I am poor, but because the surrounding areas are full...

Not suitable for people who don't like dogs and cats. There is a smell on floors 1-3, but I personally can accept it and like all the cute children. The accommodation room is a single room, clean, has an air purifier, has a smart TV, convenient travel to the waterfront, easy to find things to eat. When parking at Wat Khet, there is a parking fee of 10 baht. If you say you park overnight, they will charge 20 baht, so don't say overnight. At night there was no one watching anyway.

Went to stay in room 401. Inside the room was clean. Very comfortable Dogs and cats welcome guests very much. There may be animal smells in the corridors, but there is no smell in the room. P'Poonsap is very cute and affectionate. Uncle Chao Khor is also cute. Near the waterfront community Can walk to restaurants nearby. There is definitely a chance to go back and stay again.

The name says it all. Poonpun #1! Just make sure you're not allergic to cats/puppies, and have a working phone to call then if you want to enter after 9pm. The hosts are super nice people.

I stayed in the mixed dormitory. Great location, friendly staff, your not given a key, doors are keyless. I don't think there are locker's for bags but I could be wrong. There are cats roaming around and a dog. Hygiene of the shower/, toilet area on my floor wasn't the best. Shower has warm water but not hot. Bed was comfy. For 1 or 2 nights it's ok. But if I came again I'd choose another place to stay maybe. Go to the rooftop early in the morning for beautiful views and watch the sunrise.

It's a very cute hostel, excellent service, good rooms, very good bathrooms. The common area is good. Live in the community but not loud There are a lot of delicious food to choose from. Convenient transportation. The price is very economical. It's really good. I like it very much. The view from the rooftop is very beautiful. I like it. I go to sit and enjoy the cool breeze. It's a very beautiful spot to watch the sunrise.

The cats here are very chubby. He also has manners and knows how to ask guests to go up to the accommodation floor. As for the rooftop, the atmosphere is very chill. In the morning, I'll go up and see the view of this area's churches again. The mattress can also be used. I like that the plug-in port looks spectacular 😊

The accommodation is very good. The location is very good. Wake up early and find a lot of food in front of the accommodation. You can park your car at the temple and walk very close. We stayed in a private room on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, a bit tiring. But the room is well decorated. There is an ensuite bathroom, very worth the price. On the rooftop you can buy drinks and sit and chill. Very good.But for people who don't like dogs/cats, I don't recommend it. There are a lot of cats, but the little ones are cute. No hassle with guests And if you want to play along, I'm ready to beg. Personally, I really like it.
